ガトウイック空港へのアクセスが良いということが良かったと思います。

チェックインが、18時になっていて、早めについたので10ポンド払いました。それなら空港内の他のホテルにした方が良いと思います。今回は仕事の関係で朝早くに空港にいないといけなかったので仕方なく泊まりましたが、スーツケースを開けるのにも苦労するくらいの狭い場所でした。価格相応でないと感じました。

The room is very tiny but it is very useful when you use Gatwick airport.

バスタオル一枚しか用意がない。 シャワーを浴びようとするとトイレまで水浸しになるがバスマットもないので困った。しかも宿泊代は普通に高い 寝るのには最適だが、一泊はお勧めしない。

Its location is perfect for transit. However, the shower cannot be used since its water temperature was so high to get the skin burned and could not be lowered. The hotel people was of no helpful to fix it. It's also better if a hair dryer is available in the room.

Previously we used room No.2 which had enough room for two persons and clean. The room No. 9 is a bit too squeeze for two, couldnt open two suitcases at a time. Also shower room was not clean. The was dust and other ones’ hair at the base of the sliding door and mould is visible near the floor. There wasn’t a bath mat to wipe feet to be in and out of the wet floor of shower room once used. It is designed for one persons to have brief rest between flights. Small point but control buttons of the bed/lighting were sticky. Should be cleaned. Pictograms on the buttons were rubbed and unclear. Hot water was unstable and either too hot or cold, when move the bar every time. Having said all those, it is still at the best location for those having cheap flights in strange hours and offer the best they could in the limited space.

Hotel kann man nur schwer finden, zu teuer für eine kleine Kajüte als Zimmer. Personal lügt und gibt keinen oder schlechten Service. Das Hotel erinnert einen an ein Bordell

Was really great to just get up in the morning and already be at the terminal. Not the cheapest stay but when heading off for a long flight it was all about convenience and lack of stress.

It's a great place to stay after a long flight or before an early flight. within the terminal and so easy to get to. I can only praise their staff and their professionalism and kindness. I would definitely stay again.
