当ホテルにはこれまで複数回滞在しておりますが、いずれの機会においても、全てのスタッフの方々が一貫して親切かつ丁寧に対応してくださり、大変快適に過ごすことができております。万一、問題や不具合が生じた場合でも、迅速かつ誠意あるご対応をいただけるため、不安や不快感を抱くことなく滞在を続けられる点を高く評価しております。 また、レストランの料理は常に高い品質で提供されており、スタッフによるメニューの推奨も的確で、安心してお任せできるレベルです。総じて、サービス全般が高水準で安定しているため、今後も引き続き利用させていただきたいと考えております。

Clean, and nice.

Food was excellent. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet and the staff were professional and friendly.

Clean room, hospitable staff, very helpful and friendly. The amenities is awesome. I felt at home. I am definitely recommending to anyone traveling to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia to consider TH BonRoyal hotel for your stay in Addis. Their service is excellent.

Need room for improvement

I like the receptionist smile ,communication skills and helpful attitude.All people who work in the hotel are great , friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is very clean.Good food and friendly staff in the restaurant. The bar is very good and friendly people. They definitely deserve 5 star hotel .

Fine overall but You need EAR-pluggas to be able to sleep!!

The people the full staff the restaurant personnel the room cleaners the bell boys and especially the managers at the hotel when I arrived I was not dressed accordingly but still they looked through that and received as a black person which meant the world to me thank you again and when I return that will be the only hotel I will be staying at

Nice, relatively new hotel, very friendly staff with very good cuisine! Only the surroundings of the hotel are not that exciting, but highly recommended!
