毎日部屋を綺麗にしてくれて、気持ちよく過ごせました。朝食も美味しかったです。

2024年のゴールデンウィークに３泊しました。 メインストリートであるランブラス通りから100m程の場所にある最高の立地でした。 また部屋のサイズも1人で泊まるには丁度良いサイズでした。 女性スタッフも男性スタッフも非常に親切で好感が持てました。 またバルセロナに来る時はこのホテルを優先して選びたいと思わせる程。 価格は円安であった為、日本の平均価格の３倍程であったが、スタッフ、立地、部屋の価値を考えれば満足できるものだと思います。

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend Casa Pince. It was a lovely place to stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious too.

The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. The location is second to none. We also ate at the restaurant, the server was super friendly and the cook made the most delicious dinner we had in Barcelona.

Everything was nice

My stay started with confusing communications from the front desk at the outset of the stay. I messaged them in advance to say I was landing early and to see if I could check in early - they sent me a pre-canned message that made it sound like it was first come first serve for early check in. I found out after my 10 hours of travel overnight + traffic in Barcelona that rules are rules and that checking in early is never a possibility, and how dare I assume otherwise. After weeks and weeks of nonstop travel for work and arriving to Barcelona at 7am (the only nonstop from NYC on my airline), I was told I couldn’t check in until 3pm and that the bathroom was down the hall. If I had known this in advance I would have made other plans and done my accommodation differently. I tried to ask the question in advance and basically a human with a copy and paste button responded, it was incredibly disrespectful and not what I would expect of those in hospitality. Not to mention I was given a room in the nosiest part of the building…sandwiched between an elevator, the cleaning staff area and across from construction. The room was clean but it wasn’t worth the money in my opinion. There are more thoughtful, better places to stay in Barcelona. Overall really displeased with my experience and won’t be coming back.

Maryanna at reception was wonderful. She was so happy to give us suggestions and made our stay even more pleasant. The room was wonderful. The location also fantastic.

The lobby was tiny and you didnt know what to expect for your room. The room was also very small but very clean, comfortable and updated. Location was excellent. Staff was extremely helpful. TV was very limited but ... oh well.

Everything was great and check in was easy. I do wish the shower partition was larger, half the bathroom was soaked every time we showered but I did love the shower head and water pressure.

This didn’t feel like a 3-star stay. The interior rooms were tiny with no windows, so I paid extra for a balcony room—still noisy. The sheets made me itchy, and even after they were changed, it didn’t help. On the plus side, it’s walking distance to restaurants and museums, and the staff were warm and friendly. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here agaIn.

Small hotel in great location

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans ce très beau boutique hôtel ou nous avons été super bien reçu, le personnel est toujours disponible et serviable, aux petits soins. L'hôtel est extrêmement bien situé , les chambres très accueillantes, tres belle salle de bain, très propre et bien équipée. L'hôtel dispose d’un restaurant.

Very small room -difficult access to hotel but located right in the middle of all the action.

Highly recommend

The property is in an area that might look a little suspect but you can’t judge a book by its cover. The staff was very kind, the room was very nice and clean with modern features.
