このホテルは今まで利用したどのホテルとも違ってました。ユニークなのは鍵ではなく暗証番号でホテルや部屋に入ることです。 部屋の中にはキッチンもあり、近所で買ってきたものを食べたので食費は安くつきました。 部屋の中のコーヒーなどはなくなると自分で補充できます。 洗濯機と乾燥機が24時間、無料で使えるのは助かりました。

Great location, good for a short stay.

Quiet and walkable to shopping and places of interest

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, easy to check in/out, well equipped. Excellent location. Bell Fibe tv rather than Roku would have been better.

The property was conveniently located and an easy walk to many local attractions; the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Ottawa.

I was travelling alone and I felt so safe staying here. It was so clean and using the keypad to check in was so easy.

Better coordination with 3rd party partners is needed so that guests can check in. On site support need to be empowered to help guest with verification in person. Not everything makes sense online

Quiet, clean and well located

Good location. Rooms are very small, tiny bathroom, stuffy, has uncomfortable arm chairs. Unfortunately, the TV isn't on an adjustable mount to allow you to watch TV in bed. Good place to stay if you can get a deal and don't need a lot of space.

A nice property with a kitchenette, balcony, and sitting area which was close to restaurants, attractions, etc. A very walkable area. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom was not very clean and could use some minor renovations.

This was my 3rd stay at the Hotel. It has a great location for me. I didn't appreciate that I requested to change my towels and wasn't accommodated. No reason given just stammering. I contemplating getting a different hotel in the future.

Clean, safe and functional. Short term or long stay, highly recommend.

Older but recently renovated apartment building. Quiet unit with basic amenities (drip coffee, shampoo etc). Useful basement lockers so you can leave your luggage and visit the city before checking in or after checking out.

Will be looking for more options like this on all my trips now.

Quiet place with good amenities. Easy in and out - very convenient for my short business stay

The property is very clean and the location is perfect. Everything to make our stay enjoyable was there. However, the bed was too small for two adult a kid.

The apartment was very comfortable, with a very good bed, sheets, and pillows. The kitchen was nice with a full fridge, dishwasher, stove and oven, and a good coffee machine. The bathroom was rather small, with the bathroom door often banging into us. There are staff at the front desk from 8am-11pm. If you check in early or leave late there are lockers in the basement for your luggage. There is also a laundry and fitness room although we didn’t use either. There is a nice quiet lounge to use on the main floor of the building and the apartment is centrally located and is within walking distance to most sights. The apartment is also quiet. We would definitely stay here again.
