Only one thing I was not satisfied was that the shawer was quite weak.

１週間滞在したが，一度も清掃・タオルの補充はなかった。部屋には大型冷蔵庫，IHコンロ，食器，トースター，電子レンジ等，長めの滞在にも対応した設備が整っている。フロントと呼べる場所がなく，テーブルに担当者（若者）が一人座っているだけ。それでも十分かと思っていたが，朝４時にチェックアウトをしようとしたら誰もいなくて困った。

このホテルは今まで利用したどのホテルとも違ってました。ユニークなのは鍵ではなく暗証番号でホテルや部屋に入ることです。 部屋の中にはキッチンもあり、近所で買ってきたものを食べたので食費は安くつきました。 部屋の中のコーヒーなどはなくなると自分で補充できます。 洗濯機と乾燥機が24時間、無料で使えるのは助かりました。

Location was good.

Hotel was wonderful, great location if your planning to spend time close to parliament hill. Only downfall is there was no parking, had to pay $60 for 2 nights of parking at a near by lot.

Really good location. The kitchen was handy. Generally, we enjoyed our stay. However, housekeeping only comes every three days and our room was not cleaned on Day 3, they just waited till we checked out. We would stay again, though.

I had a wonderful 4-night stay at Hotel Cobin. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. After breakfast, I accidentally left my cell phone on the terrace, and the staff found it and brought it to my room. I really appreciated their honesty and exceptional service. The rooms were spotless, the service was outstanding, and everything was well stocked. I also liked that the hotel provides high-quality lotion, shower gel, and shampoo while supporting Canadian businesses. The bedding was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night's sleep. The location is perfect and made it easy to get around. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend Hotel Cobin!

Excellent property, we had a one bedroom suite. Very spacious, comfortable bed. We loved the Unscented company cleaning supplies, and free laundry facilities. They also had a great games room in the basement. Breakfast was continental, so no hot items but good selection for a quick snack. The only downside as is the case with many downtown hotels, no parking on site, the lot they recommended was a few mins walk.

Downtown location, central to many amenities within reasonable walking distance. Clean room, with basic necessities for a kitchenette. I would recommend and rebook if I return to Downtown Ottawa.

Save your money. The ARLO’s only positive quality is the location, but all the negative aspects detract from this. This hotel is not wheelchair or stroller friendly, it has no parking on-site, and housekeeping never comes during your stay. It is impossible to get a simple request fulfilled by the staff. The shower drain was clogged from a previous guest and the staff was alerted immediately yet nothing was done to fix the problem. Fresh bed linens were impossible to secure and new towels required asking the front desk, in person, three separate times. There is no phone in the room to telephone the front desk so you need to go down every time something goes wrong. The breakfast is meager and not replenished at regular intervals, so either you get it or you don’t. Not worth the money or the hassle to stay here.

No parking on site, my lock didn’t work for the door had mo room key untill 11pm, was suppose to get king room got queen. They said i’d get 15% discount but yet to get it and no recpit of bill
