Everything about the Clairefield Hotel was ideal. Thank you to all the staff. Our stay was very comfortable, we had a delicious meal at Gigi’s with our friends despite the staff’s concern over the blackout that had occurred when we arrived. In all, we’d definitely come back and recommend your fab Hotel. Cheers Susie

First room had a noisy aircon & a smell from bathrooom but staff quickly & professionally changed room which had no issues. Bed was comfortable & room was quiet.

Very clean modern property overall, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Parking is tight for large cars.

Staff were lovely, parking right outside my door, food was great, room was clean, and the location was convenient but quiet enough.

Room very dark, small window at back of room, no natural light. Amenities containers incomplete, ie no shower cap. Did not refill tea and coffee bags for second day. Pillow very high and hard, no other option. Restaurant good, staff friendly and professional.

Sauna and pool were awesome and the restaurant is gorgeous!

Really nicely renovated place. Modern feel and worth the 5 star rating. Would book again when back in town. Didn’t eat at Gigis, but it looked great also.

Lovely place to stay. Rooms comfortable, restaurant and brekky nice. Only comment is no drinks available, mini bar or soft. So stock up yourself

We really enjoyed our stay. Large room for 3 people. The pol area was amazing and was lovely to relax around during the afternoon. Did not go to Gigi's but looked lovely. I would stay here again.

Room was newly renovated, fresh, really clean, big and comfortable. Pool was really nice and so was the restaurant / lobby area. The staff were really friendly. Overall, it was a great stay.

Would be better if toilet amenities were well provided. I have to ask for a toothbrush.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean but the only chairs in the room were hard wooden ones. It's good for an overnight stay but not if you're looking for somewhere relaxing to stay for a few days.

Motel has been nicely renovated but it’s still not what I would call luxury accommodation. Our family room was advertised online as a conjoining room however ours was a single room with a queen bed and two singles positioned very close together. Not exactly ideal for a family. The other issue was noise - our room was downstairs and with the car parks being right outside our door it was very noisy with people coming and going. The door to our room had 2 huge gaps any the top and bottom so it’s not surprise we could hear everything from outside. Again, not great for a young family trying to sleep at night. The hotel was nice, reception staff extremely friendly and amenities well thought out. The noise, small ‘family’ room and location being further away from town - I don’t think we would stay here again.
