I was impressed by the smartly designed building, the “pod” concept, the small towel hangers in the bathrooms, a hung pocket attached above the beds in the pod to hang things, and the conveniently-provided locks for your storage unit underneath the bed (some places ask one to pay for a lock). I was mildly annoyed by a mother and son deciding to have a conversation at 3 am and then at 7 am. Well, I guess they didn’t get much sleep - well done.

Overall a decent cabin hotel. Pro: new, clean, not many guests there so suffcient bathroom Con: pillow too thin.

Nice little hostel for a quick night after a delayed flight. Felt safe in my 4-bed room and slept well in my pod (would not be good for those with claustrophobia though). First time in a hostel in about 40 years, and would def come back for an inexpensive night in Boston.

We were told coffee would be available in the lobby at 7am. Never ready at 7. First day had to find housekeeper to start. Other days they were just starting the brew at 7- ish. The description of property said managers reception but no mention of it at hotel and employee looking at us like we had 2 heads. Ok for price but probably never go back

Great customer service. It was very clean, bedrooms, bathrooms, towels and soap Available. Complimente tea m, hot and drinking water. Good location near the Shaw market l.

Very clean. Very close to the station. Beds are a bit small for male adults.

I tried it as an experiment. The " capsules" are reasonablh comfortable if you are nit claustrophobic. Problem is there were 16 of them in one room. Air was stale even though capsules have fans. When i was there only about 6 out of 16 were in use. Naturally people coming and going early and late disturb each other's sleep. Shared bathrooms were ok. Had it been say $50 a night I would have thought ok for backpackers and young travellers. At about $100 a night i would suggest they look for alternatives. I am not that demographic but I sleep well and like to experience new things. However, I will be wary of this concept in future. It needs better execution.
