すごく綺麗で、シャンプーリンスもあり、快適でした！ 朝からコーヒーも飲むことができて、少し歩けば素敵なカフェもあるので、そこで朝ごはんを調達してから出かけました！ すごく快適に過ごせましたが、床が斜めになっているのと、壁が薄く外の声が丸聞こえなのが気になりました。

Nice friendly staff. Breakfast was simple but good. Room (512) was tiny. No AC (a small fan provided) over a couple of hot days in London. Shower was adequate but not powerful… probably just as well as the shower cubicle was so small I couldn’t get out of the jet to wash / lather so an ordeal rather than a pleasure. One of the two downlighters was out in the bathroom. Good position close to Gloucester Road tube. Overall if it had been £120 a night I wouldn’t have a problem, but it was £500 for two nights and just not good enough.

Great location, nice breakfast, friendly staff. Overall would recommend this hotel, if you are looking for a super location in South Kensington close to the museums and shopping this is the place to stay. On the downside, no AC, even in cooler months higher floors are very poorly ventilated, if you can sleep in 25c no problem

We didn't need any special help so the fact that everything at the hotel seemed to be 'self-service' was fine. The breakfast room is quite noisy with coffee machine, toaster and juice machine all being used constantly. Not enjoyable if you make the mistake of sitting near the buffet. Otherwise, a great breakfast. Love the location. Close to Gloucester Road tube, a direct bus from our arrival at Marylebone Station. My favourite London district for strolling around.

Single room was small but had everything needed. No air con which I knew about when booking but the room was very hot even through was not a particularly hot March day. Might be very warm in summer. Window only opened a small way.

I enjoyed my stay at Sonder. The area is really quiet and safe and super close to public transports and restaurants. The rooms are small but it’s enough for one person.

We had an excellent 2-night stay @ the Gilbert. Calm, wellblinded room, good bed. It is 5-7 min walk from Gloucester Rd station and shorter to supermarket and pubs/restaurants. Breakfast was sufficient with fresh bread and freshly squeezed oranges. We will definitely recommend.

Very clean, good location, check in straightforward and easy, great for a business stay

L’hôtel est bien placé et la chambre confortable. Je trouve que le personnel était peu communicant voir pas du tout au petit déjeuner.

This is a great hotel as it is in a very neighbourhood, close to the underground, within walking distance of the South Kensington museums and some nice places to eat. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, had coffee and tea facilities, and a decent bathroom. Breakfast was included, although it is fairly simple buffet, but certainly more than enough. I’d definitely stay here again.

Ok place, tiny rooms, no AC. Noise from other room. Location good, clean.

The rooms were great, but I hate the fact I had to create ana account to check in to the rooms. The water also had issues as it would not stay hot. There is also a charge to make up the room which I have never seen before?

I only stayed for two nights. Room size is small especially bathroom but the overall price is great for short stay. The staff was nice and helpful when I have reported that the radiator seemed not working in the room, they provided the probable heater, and offered a compensation of late checkout.

Günün sabahı kendim rica ettim ama döndüğümde banyo lavabosu aynıydı. Tuvalet kağıdı ve çay-kahve-su gibi ihtiyaçları girişteKi dolaptan kendiniz alıyorsunuz. Oda çok çok çok küçük, standart tek kişilik oda standardından çok uzak. Yemek masası yok, kahve sehpasını bile kullanamadım kahve makinesi ve kettle yüzünden. Buzdolabı yok. Klima yok. (yaz aylarında gelecekseniz) Isıtma çok iyi. Personel sıcakkanlı ve yardımsever. Metroya 4 dk yürüyüş.

Fint rom, bra beliggenhet og kaffe inkludert. Hadde dessverre iskaldt vann i dusjen, som ikke ble fikset og høye bankelyder er helt døgn

Clean room good size staff were friendly in a nice area easy walking distance to tube station

I’ve stayed at the Sonder Kensington many times, so I know that Sonder rooms and compact, but the room we stayed in at the Gilbert was laughable. We were staying for 12 nights. Asked to change and they tried to accomodate but couldn’t. I said we’d even upgrade if it meant we get a proper room, but because the booking was not with them directly they couldn’t even do that. So we spent 12days in a claustrophobic room. It was on the ground floor, it was the room with an accessible bathroom (we didn’t request this) so the bathroom was big, but the window looked out to the back alley with the aircon units and the alley was so dirty we didn’t want to open the windows. Please Sonder, take note of the following: No hooks to hang anything up - like a hook in the bathroom to hang wet towels, or in the room to hang your coat. The room is so small that you can’t actually fit a chair in it, so we ended up propping the ironing board against the window and draping our winter coats over that. No plug sockets. The only place I could plug the hairdryer in and use a mirror at the same time was by the front door, and even then the hairdryer didn’t reach my head. Why not put a mirror above the desk on that big empty wall? Absolutely no counter space in the bathroom, not even for your toothpaste. Ended up carrying everything back & forth from the room every time. Tiny sink, water everywhere. The room was spotless as always.But please make some changes to the functionality of the tiny rooms Sonder
