La chambre était agréable et nous y avions déjà séjourné auparavant. Nous avions souhaité revenir notamment parce que la chambre proposait Netflix. Cependant, cette fois-ci, nous n’y avons pas eu accès et il nous a été indiqué que cela était “aléatoire”. Or, cette information n’est pas précisée dans l’annonce. Par ailleurs, le levier de la salle de bain était bouché. Nous avons signalé le problème, mais aucune intervention n’a été faite durant notre séjour. C’est dommage, car cela a un peu terni notre expérience.

Servicio: Son muy poco serviciales. Cuando llegamos no había nadie en recepción. Tardaron 10 minutos en llegar. Te reciben como nerviosos, deprimidos o hasta enojados, como si los estuvieras molestando. Te tratan de una manera tal que prefieres no acercarte para evitar que te digan una grosería o en el mejor de los casos que hablen mal de ti a tus espaldas por necesitar una toalla o cualquier cosa. Limpieza: Estaba sucio debajo de las camas. Da la impresión de que no limpian bien. Además tuvimos problemas para que nos apoyaran haciendo la limpieza cuando lo necesitábamos. Las chicas de limpieza además de groseras, son unas flojas porque nunca regresaban cuando se les pedía. Da la impresión de que tienen fugas de dinero aquí: cobran al hotel por cosas que no hacen. No existe una supervisión. Si ustedes quieren limpieza diaria en el cuarto olvídense de este lugar. Instalaciones: La parte de abajo (lobby, restaurante) está muy bien. Muy cómodo. Sin embargo, la habitación es pequeña, tiene una geometría muy extraña que hace que se desaprovechen los espacios. La cama es muy incómoda. Me despertaba cada día con dolores de espalda. Un día me bañé con agua helada, no prendieron la caldera. Desayuno: Faltan verduras. Siempre lo mismo: pan, huevo, café , yogur y cereal. Muy monótono. Conclusiones: Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación, ya que está cerca de centros de eventos donde te puedes ir a pie, y hay estacones de metro cerca.

Très bel hôtel. L’appartement M est agréable, mais le seul petit inconvénient est la disposition de la télévision : elle n’est ni face au canapé ni face au lit, et depuis le lit, des barreaux gênent la visibilité. Rien de majeur, juste un léger désagrément.

Super accueil, personnel très accueillant. Les plats dans le frigo intelligeant et le mur à bieres sont un bon plus. Piscine et sauna agréables également

Chambre propre et bien équipée, mais mal insonorisée. Hotel moderne avec de bons équipements et personnel du petit dejeuner très agréable.

The hotel need to stop taking UNATHORISED MONIES from customers accounts!! My original stay was booked (through Hotels.com) to check out on the 16th however, an additional booking was made again through Hotels.com to check out on the 19th. When booked through Hotels.com payment is always paid upfront, so I was rather surprised, to say the least, that the hotel took the payment again, I would like to say at this point that the payment was UNAUTHORISED. I spoke to the receptionist about this payment and I was advised that I would be refunded within 5 working days. I did not receive any refund after 5 days. I would advise any one who is wanting to stay here to be extremely careful as they take payment UNAUTHORISED and totally ignore any communication chasing said refund.

The shower door was missing the strip at its base that prevented water from flowing out and flooding the entire room. We learned from another guest that the strip was underneath the sink. Why didn't they explain this at check-in? Also, the floor in the pool room was always flooded an very slippery. It should have a mat to prevent slipping.
