ショッピング街の中に在るハイクラスビジネスホテル。 そう言う立地が好きな人にはとても良いホテルだと思う。 同時に部屋からの展望を期待してる人には全く向かない。 地下の専用パーキングも広くて明るく凄い安心感が在る。

ショッピングセンターレストラン街のでど真ん中に在り便利 アクセス、パーキング(立体）には困らない。 窓から景色は期待しない人には最高のロケーションだと思う。

大きな複合商業施設が隣接していて便利です。市内観光の中心から少し離れていますが、トラムですぐの距離です。ホテルのレストランやバーも遅くまで空いているので夜もリラックスして楽しめます。

部屋は清潔だったが、暗く隣のコンクリートが見えるだけ、、、周りはある程度便利だが、値段が高い、駅からもかなり遠く、出かけるのに不便だった。

ロケーションは中心部から離れていますが、トラムかSバーン1本で10分程度です。すぐそばにモールもあり非常に便利です。フロントスタッフも丁寧で感じがよかったです。部屋はスタンダードより1つ上にしましたが、無駄なスペースが広いだけだったのでスタンダードで十分だったと思いました（実物のスタンダードとも比べました）。何よりもハウスキーピングの質がひどかったです。到着時からシャンプーは空で、次の日も補充してくれていませんでした（フロントに言ってすぐにもって来てもらいました）。一番ひどいのは使用済みグラスを置いておいたら、軽く水洗い程度で元に戻したようで私が見たときにはうっすら白い汚れが浮きあがってて気持ち悪かったです。全般にハウスキーピングの質が悪くとても4つ星とは思えませんでした。便利ですが次は泊まらないと思います。

ロケーションは非常に便利でトラムとS-bahnで簡単に移動できます。モールも近いのでCoopやその他のカフェ、レストランにも困りません。フロントスタッフはよく教育されており、非常に気持ちよかったです。が、ハウスキーパーが最低です。2人部屋なのに常時バスローブが1着しかなく、着いた当日からシャンプーが空のままだったり（当日は自分のものを使ったのでそのままにしておいたら翌日も空のままでした。。。）、あげくに前の日に使ったグラスを軽く水で流した程度だったらしく、元の位置に戻されていたグラスに白く汚れが浮き上がっていました。。。ハウスキーパーは非常に若い女性が多いようで、アルバイトのスタッフのようでした（想像ですが）。４ツ星ホテルとしてはありえないと思います。次回は選ばないと思います。他にも同じ程度の価格でよいホテルがあります。

Love the decor, spacious rooms and bathroom and the location to the trolleys and train station, as well as the mall and shopping.

Lovely hotel. Spacious and clean room, friendly staff, very easy transport (next to the tram stop).

The home hotel is very nice, clean and very boujee and it is close to everything, the staff are very nice. The breakfast is nice lots of choices. They have good amenities.

The hotel was in a great location and very modern and clean. However, the third bed in the room was very uncomfortable - it appeared to be a rollaway style with a thin mattress (unlike all the other triple rooms we had booked in Switzerland). Also, there was no mention in any of the descriptions or pics that the water closet and shower were separate areas surrounded in glass blocks. The shower also opened right into the room. For three people travelling together there was absolutely no privacy for anything!

Sucha nice hotel with good breakfast, friendly staff, clean and comfortable beds just need to take a short tram ride from the city centre A large shopping mall is just right next to it

Lovely hotel, very clean, staff are lovely, nothing too much trouble. The hotel is not right in the centre but there is a shopping centre very close and nice coffee shops. Not so many nice restaurants nearby but public transport is excellent and restaurant Anamira is excellent and within easy walking distance. The only real negative is that the room was quite dark with only a small window, however, this would not put me off staying there again.

Elsket designet. Store og rene rom med artige løsninger. Hyggelig personale. Kjøpesenter like ved.

The hotel has staff 24 hrs which is Good. The hotel reception area is very comforting. However, staff are not very friendly. Check in is quite fast as it can be done online. However, online registration for deposit sucks. I have to tap again in the hotel card counter. I told them can you just charged it on the card i registered. He keeps on asking i have to present my actual card. Room is quite clean and received a complimentary drinks on the bar. However, was not able to used them because there was even no bottle opener. I even asked in the morning. But still wasnt came to my room. Food breakfast is good. Easy check out
