The room was really nice and clean, the staff were fantastic and friendly, the spicy bag bar snack was excellent

Unlike many, I do not sleep well in quiet. I knew there was a pub below and my day was a long (8 hours alone at the Warner Studios) & a tiring one so the noise allowed me to fall asleep immediately. I woke up only once when it had gone quiet, very quiet for being on an artery, and that did not stop me from going right back to sleep. The only wrinkle was on leaving. While we did have a helpful guide in the room, it did not include what to do with our keys. Fortunately for me, I did not have an early flight as I had a bag in left luggage and it was a bit before the staff arrived for the day. As Americans, we tend to be put off by unfamiliar surroundings so the walk raises concern. I reminded myself that England is a safe place on the whole (and people do more walking than we do). My heart goes out to those impacted by the recent incident of violence as I saw many of those joyful rowdies going to the match enroute to Watford Junction.

Wow such an amazing place to stay, all the staff went above and beyond and were so friendly Room was very modern with everything we needs and was so comfortable having a child with autism can nearly always bring us challenges when staying away but he loved it settled in well - perfect for us was that he could log in to his own Netflix on the TV and chill for the night. Highly recommended place to stay and only a 5 min drive to Happy Potter Studios
