Good rooms and good location

The room was clean. The staff answered our questions we didn't interact with them much everyone was polite. We didn't opt for the breakfast. We were only staying two nights. The air conditioning worked well. The shower was good and there was lots of fresh towels. The fold out bed looked odd, but was quite comfortable. There wasn't much of a view... the coffee machine was a little sticky. But all in all comfortable clean pretty quiet for a Saturday night! And we all slept well.

The room 601 was not accessible by anything but stairs. Staff was not available when leaving to help with my luggage and I fell down the stairs with my bags trying to get to the elevator. When I tried to explain to the front desk about the accident she didn’t seem to care. My wrist and knee are injured. To have rooms only accessible by stairs and not offer assistance with luggage to the elevator is ridiculous. I left a bag of take out I had put in the hallway for trash and it sat there outside my door for 3 days. The room was incredibly small and so was the shower, to the point where it’s difficult to have luggage and move around the room at all. The location and bed were amazing.

Budget friendly hotel in heart of Nice city center. Staff ensures you know the area and shares ideas at check in and has friendly welcome throughout your stay. Clean rooms and daily service. I enjoyed

This was a perfect hotel for exploring Nice! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Maria and John. They provided me with extra coffee pods and milk and were always there to answer question. My room was quiet, clean and cool, my three most important things in a hotel.

Excellent location!

Helpful staff at reception. Great location, only a short walk from the train station and tram station. Plus there is a supermarket next door. The room is bright and modern. The bed and pillows are comfortable. However the bathroom is poorly designed. The toilet is in a separate room from the sink and shower. Also, the shower leaks out into the bathroom. Rooms ending in 01 are smaller.
