Trevligt hotell! Väldigt litet rum och minimalt badrum. Men det fungerade för en natt. Trivsamma sociala ytor och trevligt bar!

Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet

The 'digital experience' is not for us..!! We like and appreciate people and the place has a sterile and soulless feel because of that. The room was spotlessly clean but breakfast was lacking choice.

Electronic keypad to the room was not working so the door didn’t lock, paper thin walls and doors that slam shut heavily made for a terrible nights sleep

Hotel was great and staff was excellent, especially Sophia in the restaurant. Self check-in was a little challenging. I didn’t have WiFi in the days prior so missed the instruction email. Sophia was helpful upon arrival since we didn’t have the room code.

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel .Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es gab eine große Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Problem with my room key, so they gave me a free upgrade - very nice thanks. No tea/coffee making facilities and no usb charging points. The shower was really good apart from the head being in the wrong place. The breakfast was really good, although the restaurant was not open in the evening. Would recommend to anyone.

Very conveniently located with a comfortable room, and the self check-in instructions were clear. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable stay, with excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff member. We did find the electronic key somewhat finicky, but it all worked out.

Lovely location, we could see the trains going up and down the mountain. Breakfast was fantastic! Stephanie was really helpful with queries and Katerina was friendly at breakfast.

One star for the lack of staff. Check in is done online and you are sent a key code to open doors. Not really an issue, except our door would unlock but the doorknob wouldn’t turn. Tried to contact someone through their website (the only contact offered) and never got a reply. We did eventually get into the room after about 10 minutes of entering the code. Was stressed that I would have nowhere to sleep but the small couch on the landing - for 3 people! The room was clean and they provided a bottle of sparkling (blah!) water. Towels were nice. No WiFi (or TV). We arrived at 6:30 pm and the town was closed up (April). Ended up finding some scraps at a minimart in the train station. (Not the hotel’s fault, just be aware). Easy walk from the train station. Beautiful scenery.

Geisterhotel. Keine Rezeption offen (obwohl auf der Homepage steht, dass diese bis 22.00 h geöffnet ist). Einsam und verlassen. Ich war gefühlt die einzige Person im Hotel. Dann mitten in der Nacht um 3.00 h ein Riesenkrawall von 3 jungen Männern im Zimmer unter mir. 1 Std. lang laute Musik, Singen, Saufen, Krach. Ich war nicht sehr ausgeruht für die lange Skitour am nächsten Tag.

Huoneen valinnassa huomioi onko oma kylppäri. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällinen, baari moniuolinen. Laskettelut lähellä ja suksihuone on.

Great location.

Einfaches Hotel in sehr günstiger Lage zum Bahnhof und zur Seilbahn. Kein Fahrstul; Zimmer tw. sehr klein. Sauberkeit und Zustand waren tadellos. Frühstück auch OK. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis schweizerisch.
