False advertising. No kitchenette. Dirty and filthy. Something happens , no response. Hotel is ready to close down. No guesses

The check-in process was very difficult because the hotel said they did not have my reservation. It required a chat with a Hotels.com representative, then they called me to offer a solution, then I called them back and asked if we could try once more to make this hotel work, which was successful. The room was small, but I didn't expect much when I booked the small room, but the room had everything you needed. Chair, cabinet, kitchen sink kitchen countertop, shower and clean bathroom with hot water. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked good. Overall it was a good stay.
