部屋広く、さらに角部屋だったためリラックスできました。21階のVIPは、24時間使用ができる上に、ワークスペースがあるため、便利だとです。 朝食のビュッフェも品数が多く、満足しました。

綺麗でスタッフもフレンドリーかつ丁寧であり、ビュッフェも豪華。非常によい体験をできた。 ネガティブだった点は、Wifiはやや遅い（web会議は問題なかったが）、周辺に飲食店が少ない、スパの予約が取れてなかった点だが、総合的に見て満足度を変えるものではない

まず朝ごはん美味すぎ。種類がたくさんあって商い。ワタシはかなり食にはうるさいけど美味かった。フライトが深夜ということでチェックアウトを13時にしてくれたし、そのあともプールで過ごすことを許可してくれた。スタッフは常に笑顔でホスピタリティに溢れていた。施設は常に清潔であった。ルーフトップバーは料理、装飾ともに改善の余地がある。

ホスピタリティーが本当に最高で心地よく過ごすことができました♡窓からみえる海も開放的で素晴らしいです。少し歩くと駅も近くて(ラッシュアワーには注意が必要なようです)、ローカル電車の雰囲氣を楽しめました。次にコロンボに来る際もぜひ利用したいです。

フロントの対応が部屋数違いなど、Expediaの予約状況を把握してなかった。　態度も悪い。　コーヒーショップもコーヒーや紅茶を頼んでも10分以上待たされた。　サウナが10分で温度が上がると言われたが1時間たっても全く上がってなかった。

Second time here but somewhat disappointed. Felt prices were much higher than before so next time I will try another hotel as Colombo has so many nice hotels on offer. Staff are very nice, rooms were clean but the hatch in ceiling fell down exposing a big hole. Had that fallen on husbands head (as he is tall enough ) it would have hurt him badly.

Erinomainen hotelli. Club-loungen henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällinen ja tarjoiluissa huomioitiin erikoisruokavalio. Hotellin aamiainen oli loistava.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Zimmer. Sehr nettes und professionellem Personal. Das Restaurant und die Bar sind ebenfalls ausgezeichnet. Ich war sehr angetan und hoch zufrieden. Gerne wieder einmal.

I've had an excellent experience during my stay at the Sheraton Colombo Hotel. The room, facilities, dining, and service have been impeccable. The staff are consummate professionals, especially housekeeping, most notably, Udayangani, who has provided the best possible quality service one could expect. Many thanks to the hotel and staff for their enormous hospitality! I am very grateful and highly recommend the Sheraton Colombo Hotel for anyone considering Colombo for business or pleasure.

挺好的，地理位置也不错，属于靠近闹市又没那么近的位置，边上就是那个很有名的冰激凌店，住这里一定要吃一下。酒店总体条件还行，我们住了3晚，可以看到海景。

We spent 7 nights at Sheraton Colombo and had a great and wonderful time. This 5 stars is a new building with modern facilities . We booked half board and the food were delicious with great choices. Hotel staff were professional and courteous all the time and bend over backwards to ensure all our needs were met. Special mentioned to Yohan @ Colombo Kitchen. One Galle Face Mall is a short tuk-tuk drive or a pleasant walk in the evening. There is a supermarket & bank next to hotel. Gym is well equipped with 24 hrs access , the sauna and steam room were of health benefits and we enjoyed it daily.
