きれいでした キッチンも使いやすいしベットもきれいです

駅からは少し歩きますが、一本道なので分かりやすいし、セーヌ川のほとりで立地は悪くないと思います。 調理器具や食器は揃っていますが、布巾がないのが不便でした。ネスプレッソのコーヒーメーカーがあるのにカプセルがないのも謎でした。 レセプションスタッフは、高圧的で不親切な人もいましたが、日本語を5年間勉強したという女性は進んで話しかけてくれて楽しい会話ができました。 ロビーにドリンクや軽食のサービスがあります。チェックインの際にはこの説明がなく、チェックアウト後に、前述の親切なスタッフの方が教えてくれて知りました。 接したスタッフによって、印象が左右されそうなホテルだと思いました。

Small apartment but has everything we needed for city break. Excellent location and staff very helpful. Parked nearby for 16€ per day. Would recommend if visiting Rouen

The hotel was fine, it was clean, centrally located and modern. However, the staff member who checked us in was extremely abrupt to the point of being rude. The breakfast was fairly average - the scrambled eggs were inedible and there wasn’t a lot of choice if you don’t like processed meats and cheese.

Not luxurious, but well-equipped (the sole exception being that there was only one bowl in the cupboard!), comfortable, and clean. We did not eat the breakfast or use the laundry service, but we did park in the garage, and enjoyed being able to leave our car in the garage a few extra hours after checkout while we wandered the old center of Rouen, very near the hotel.

Nice room. Garage entrance was a long and very narrow passageway. Location is perfect. Breakfast is fantastic. I would stay there again.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just a few steps from the city center. Clean room. The breakfast was luxurious.

le sol n'était pas propre ( noir) , la poussière des recoins n'est pas faite ... sinon la chambre est bien équipée . j'ai dû payer une 2nd fois ( faute de la jeune demoiselle à l'accueil ) alors que j'ai déjà payé sur le site! j'attend tjrs le remboursement

Habitación limpia solo que tiene un olor. La persona de la recepción fue muy amable. La ubicación es buena

If you drive hear pull up at the reception area which is not very well signed. They will then explain how to get in the underground parking area. Rooms are very well appointed and comfy. Bathroom excellent. The staff are extremely helpful. Great location. All in all a good place to stay.

Great welcoming at the checkin, room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was fantastic. There was everything available. Front desk staff always friendly and helpful. Quick checkout. Loved it!

Rouen Amazing hotel! Check in was smooth and flexible. We were able to get our room around noon. Complimentary hot chocolate and water at the reception. Games and arcade in the lobby, beer wine chips for sale. Room is perfect, everything you need kitchenette and it’s spacious.l and clean. Bed is comfy. Just by the water. Definitely recommend. wifi is great

Great location. Very large rooms for a European hotel. The only downside was the parking. We had rented a slightly larger car so we could tour four adults comfortably. The hotel suggested we park in the Opera Parkade right next to the hotel. The spots were so tight I had to crawl into the back seat to get out of the car. Apparently this is quite common and why most people in France have compact cars.

Great location - walkable to all city center. Our room 410 was very spacious, with huge windows, great views, mini kitchen. Private parking extra bonus. Fiona and Kevin were very welcoming at check in. Highly recommend!
