everything was good except that the staff don't speak English

Nice hotel for retreat. Sited in a nice location with great rooms. It’s a bit off the beaten track, but great if you like to exercise a bit of jogging or cycling to bring you to West Lake. Only problem is that they claimed to have terminated their co-operation with Expedia and did not receive my booking though I had a confirmation. So I wasted lots of time calling the customer support center to try to resolve, all the time making and taking calls from Singapore/Arizona etc. Hope Expedia resolved the matter otherwise take down the hotel please!

酒店位置不太好找，有点偏，价格也偏贵。胜在服务态度还好。就是跟网友所说的就是味道太大。不是容易散去。睡一晚上头疼。离景点有距离。

Authentic and traditional Chinese upscale resort. Enjoyed the service and amenities.
