清潔感はありますが、部屋は狭いです。（バスルーム以外は、畳三畳分ぐらいです。スーツケースを開けるのも難しいです。）特に地下の部屋は窓が無く、圧迫感があります。泊まられる方は、窓があるかどうかを確認したほうが良いです。またキングスクロス駅からは、遠くはありませんが、さほど近くはありません。

部屋にエアコンがあったのはよかったです。 ただ、5泊して、清掃は4泊目に1回のみでした。タオルの交換はありましたが、1日は交換もありませんでした。 部屋は狭いですが、立地が良かったです。えき、バス停、スーパーや飲食店も充実していました。

せまい

部屋は狭いですね 冷蔵庫とゴミ箱はありません お湯の出し方の説明なし 日中ほとんどいないので、荷物置きと睡眠だけならよし。その目的だったので問題なし 新しいのか綺麗な部屋でした。

There was an air ticket problem en route, which delayed our arrival until 1:30 in midnight, but the front desk staff did a great job of welcoming us. The facilities are very clean and I would give them a perfect score for that. I had plans to go out from King’s Cross Station. The location was extremely good, within walking distance. The only thing I would like to point out is that some rooms are in a maisonette, so be careful if you have weak legs and feet, as you may have to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Of course, a staff member came and helped me with the heavy luggage. Extremely comfortable and satisfying stay!

Location is good

De kamers zijn niet mega groot, maar alles wat je aan basisbehoefte nodig hebt is aanwezig. Daarnaast zijn de kamers erg schoon, worden de handdoeken om de dag gewisseld en wordt de kamer dagelijks schoongemaakt. Maar het grootste pluspunt is denk ik wel de locatie, bus stopt voor de deur, het is een paar minuten lopen vanaf kings cross/st pancras vanaf waar meerdere treinen en metro's gaan. En er zitten mega veel leuke en lekkere restaurantjes in de straten rondom het hotel. Als we de volgende keer weer naar Londen gaan, verblijven wij zeker weer in dit hotel!

A great little hotel in a great location. 5 mins walk from Kings Cross St. Pancras. I have stayed here twice, in the same room and liked it very much. The single room is small but fine for 2 days / nights. There is a good burger house on the corner as you approach the hotel and plenty of other ethnic food places too. Vietnamese, Italian and good old MacD's and KFC. You will not go hungry. The rates are good, the staff are friendly and helpful and overall I can thoroughly recommend it.

The noise from the outside road was quite loud and I had to cover the noise with White noise on my phone. Although there was a television, it was only functional through apps, no terrestrial TV.

Excellent location and very well organised.

The room needs improvement. The window didn't seem very secure, and I was on the ground floor, so I felt like anyone from outside could get in. It wasn't weatherproof; I could feel the cold air at night and smell smoke from smokers outside, even though the window was supposedly shut! The light above the bed is broken. The bathroom door has water damage and looks terrible. The room's layout was terrible if I wanted to sit at the table properly with a laptop, as there wasn't enough room for the bed, chair, and me, and the table was in the way.

Great location. Rooms clean nice powerful short. Friendly receptionist. Fabulous location for a weekend in London or a stop before getting on Eurostar or other train net work. - Rome is small

Staff great, room good, great bed, room and shower a little bit on the small side but very good value for money, will come back to stay.

The room was spotless , the sheets and the towels very clean as well. What we need breakfast and dinner, and that will be perfect. The staff is polite and helpful Thanks again.

Nightmare

We had a family room with 2 double beds which was perfect for a 1 night short stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that lets it down is that it is already looking a bit tatty despite being quite new.
