The major problem with this hotel is the lack of parking. It is located in a very busy/crowded neighborhood where parking is almost never available! We drove around for close to two hours to find a parking and even the valet was filled!! When we finally found parking, it was more than twenty minutes walking back to the hotel. We had to cut our stay at that hotel! When communicating with those working at the front desk they were not very helpful with suggestions on where to park. Although we lost money, our sanity is more important.

The room was so small. And there is no fridge. I bought the milk for my kids. But they can not even drink it on the second day. And the towel and bed sheet are so dirty. This was the worst hotel ever.

Parking problem

I booked a room to get a few hours of rest before my long flight, but unfortunately, the room faced the highway and was extremely noisy. I wasn’t able to sleep at all.

There was a party in the street and the music stopped at 2am cars are honking a lot. We hear everything that’s going on in our floor. No freezer in the room no wine cups

There was trash in the hallways, stains on the walls, our ceiling had a patch on the ceiling, getting off the elevators you would see trash and holes in the walls.

Quartier très compliqué, je ne connaissais pas la zone mais vraiment je reviendrais pas ici. L’hôtel est correct, mais trop de point négatif malheureusement, très très bruyant pourtant je ne suis pas trop exigeant, pas de gel douche, femme de ménage qui tape à 07h pour le ménage malgré la pancarte, je sais que c’est légal mais odeur de weed à tout notre étage…. quartier un peu compliqué autour de l’hôtel pour de ne pas dire presque dangereux 😅, pas de parking !!!! Alors qu’il était noté que on peu en prendre un à la réception… croyez moi j’ai garé la voiture loin au vue des alentours…. C’est la 5eme fois à NY et vraiment je ne reviendrais pas vers ici.

Quite a long walk to F train station. No room service until requested.

Need more attention, personal need to speak and understand English. Cleaning was very poor inclusive in the room, I complain about that with the hotel Manager.

I stayed for 3 nights, overall nice place. Except few homeless around the area everything good.

This is not a Hilton hotel

The room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived to the room. We Had to wait over an hour and staff had to be ask twice just to get toilet paper and more wash cloths. For $300 a night guest should at least receive complimentary coffee in the morning. Although the cookies are complimentary the staff were very stingy with cookies.

Hotellet i sig var helt ok. Personalen var trevlig. Rummen var väldigt små. Vi hade ett rum med 2 Queen size sängar och då fanns det ingen plats kvar i rummet vilket kan vara lite jobbigt om man stannar flera nätter. Det som är problemet är att det ligger i ett getto! Det var fullt av utslagna och drogpåverkade människor om man gick till tunnelbanan. Folk som skrek och gjorde utfall mot dig. Inget tryggt område. Om du ska bo i detta område så bör du alltid ta taxi till och från hotellet. Synd med tanke på att det bara är några stationer från de mest attraktiva områdena på Manhattan. Inte lämpligt för ensamma kvinnor eller barnfamiljer att bo här pga otryggheten.

The staff was super friendly for the most part. However, the AC did not work in the rooms. Very uncomfortable. We changed rooms onto a different floor and that AC was out. Spoke with guests in the elevators and their AC was also out.
