Some of the staff at reception were inexperienced and not courteous. They asked to pay for lost room keys, which I never heard off. Checking in and out was not friendly. You feel like you’re staying in some security facility rather than a hotel..

Checking and checking out process was not very friendly. Staff is new. They were making procedures long and cumbersome. In room service was slow.

Stay was really comfortable with helpful staff

Chef Irfan was only professional and well mannered person there.

Staff was amazing especially, Simran. Breakfast was good and rooms are nice. Only missing thing is SPA and steam room.

Air quality in the hotel measured 300-400 in gym, corridors, main areas. Staff would say one thing and do another. So very unreliable Restaurant had terrible food. Room service also late by hours. Building is very nice, nice ambience. Pool was closed a lot due to private functions Laundry service was more expensive than any other hotel I have been in. Switched to Leela of ambience, same price and much better quality.

This was always my go to in Delhi. I’ve have been let down by the uncompromising nature of the staff. I have awarded my loyalty on many occasions but due to unforeseen circumstances with a change of a business meeting I had to rearrange my schedule. I was charge a penalty fee.

We stayed at Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre for two weeks and were extremely satisfied with our experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect: clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast, and a calm, pleasant atmosphere. The service is truly exceptional. The hotel team was always ready to assist with anything we needed. We had a specific request for a freezer in the room to store gluten-free food for our child, and the hotel arranged it quickly and kindly. This made our stay much more comfortable and showed a high level of care and professionalism. Thank you to the entire team for your warm attitude and hospitality. We would be happy to return in the future and highly recommend Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre to other travelers.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Gurugram Baani City Center from September 27–30, 2025, and what an incredible experience it was! From the moment we arrived after 1 AM, the included airport transfer through our IGA reservation made everything seamless and stress-free. Our rooms were spotless, modern, efficient, and extremely comfortable—a perfect oasis after a long journey. But what truly set this stay apart was the hospitality and culinary excellence. The buffet dining was beyond exceptional, and the attentive wait staff made every meal delightful. A special shout-out to the chef, who personally visited each table to ensure guests were satisfied—a level of care rarely seen these days. Our daughter was thrilled to find hash browns that tasted exactly like the ones she enjoys back in the U.S. — a small but meaningful comfort when traveling far from home. When my wife couldn’t come down for breakfast one morning, the staff even noticed and asked about her with genuine concern. Later, we asked if the kitchen could cut some whole fruit for us. Not only did the chef have it prepared—he personally delivered it to our room. That kind of thoughtful, personal service is truly unforgettable. We had a very early departure on one of the days (around 6 AM), and when we inquired about breakfast, the front desk coordinated with the kitchen to prepare a fresh made-to-order picnic basket for us to take along. Such attention to detail and care made our travel so much easier.

Its looks like one of the best hotel in Gurugram. Very friendly staff, especially Ms. Domini in receiption dep. and Mr. Kabir-Manager, very polite and helpful. It is second time which i stay with family here, we arereally enjoyed. I am kindly reccomend to stay in Hilton Gurugram Baani City Center.

Everything about this property was top-notch. The standout was the excellent staff and service. Highly recommend!
