Great location, excellent and attentive staff

Really, really enjoyed this hotel. Service was great! There were always a lot of staff members around to help with whatever we needed. They have a large bank of elevators so we never had to wait long for one, and we were on the 10th floor. There's a great coffee set up in the lobby - like a mini Starbucks that the general public doesn't know about. Food was good and very reasonably priced.

Great hotel and great location in the power and light district.. Staff was super friendly! We enjoyed our stay & would love to stay again.

We were in town for a baseball game and visiting a few other sites around town. Hotel was clean, people at the front desk were very nice, and the valet staff were very good. They opened and closed the doors to the hotel everytime we went in and out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, nice, accessible hotel with good restaurants and things to do near by or withing a small walking/travel distance by vehicle.

Pleasantly surprised at this location. Quiet despite being downtown, updated, clean and very comfortable!

I was unable to check unto my room until after midnight because of a housekeeping issue with the hotel. I was not notified in advance and sat in the lobby for hours, along with other guests who experienced the same issue. We were offered a complimentary drink.

Nice hotel, but pricey for the size of the rooms. Walls are very thin and it’s weird that you can’t adjust a thermostat past 65° in the room. Would book again in winter and if there was a discount available. Staff was great though! From car service, front desk and bar staff… five stars for the people!

Just stayed 1 night, really liked hotel-great location for TMobile Center, just 5-6 blocks down Grand St. walkable to bars and restaurants. Very clean and modern room. Would stay here again for sure!

The customer service was excellent!

Did not get what we ordered and paid for. Ordered a King bed with sofa sleeper and got ‘bumped’ into a Queen bed. I’m expecting a refund from someone on this room.

Excellent location, but not much in the way of perks. They charged us for a cup of coffee. Nowadays, it’s beneficial for properties to stand out by offering little freebies to cultivate loyalty.

Front desk staff incredibly friendly, so clean, bed was super comfortable, and valets were on time and kind!!! Also an easy walk to power and light! Would come back any time

Some deceptive marketing here. You will pay about $100 more than list price because of extra charges. Valet is an extra charge. Breakfast is an extra charge. The staff are polite and the space is clean. But we didn't have quite enough towels, and there was no body wash in the shower. Normally, we bring our own, but we missed it this time when packing. Then it took three calls and two trips to the empty lobby (noteam members at desk) to get the soap from guest services. All in all, frustrated by the experience. Nice room, nice location, nice staff. I do not recommend it if you’re trying to save money on your trip, because they will nickel and dime you on everything.

The hotel is very clean, neat and modern. It has a European feel to it. I would stay here again.
