新旧の2館があるが、旧館は木造で騒音が伝わりやすいうえ、階下のレストランが深夜12月まで、大音量で音楽を流していた。部屋は窓が小さいため、室内が暗い。 ベッドリネンが深緑色で、清潔感がない。タオル類は古い。

The hotel's staff accepted late check out though I requested it suddenly.

スタッフさんの対応が丁寧で好感が持てましたが、宿泊した3階の部屋はwifiの電波が入りにくかったです。

For the price I paid for (NZD1500), I still believed that the service was not on par. Stayed in the front rooms of the hotel on the very top floor (top room straight across the waterfront) and 1st day of our stay, we experienced that during the day when there was a gust of wind coming through the front open deck into the open lounge area, it would blow our door opened (even when we fully locked it). For 3 days I complained about this and all they could do was "keep an eye out for it". So when we would leave our room to visit the island and family, our bags and all our belongings were undoubtedly not secure as we did come back one day to find our door was once again blown open.....and no one had closed it (let alone "kept an eye out for it). They also have the service cards hanging on the doors to clean or make up the rooms - what for? I hung this out many a times throughout our 9 day stay and overall, our room was only "cleaned" 2 or 3 times. Our rubbish would pile up for days, we would have to re-use our own towels that we brought with us and also had to walk to reception to ask for toilet paper because the cleaners would not clean our room (even with the sign hanging on the door) and there were no phones in the room. Apparently I was told during our stay from another customer that was only there for a few days that you had to ask reception IF you wanted your room cleaned etc. Only the "deluxe" rooms across the back of the hotel got the service that I was expecting.

Room was booked for 2 adults! Check in Monday night-Check out Thursday Bathroom: Shower and toilet were okay, but soap and towels need improvement. Suggest switching to liquid body wash and better towel replacement. Room space & furniture: Limited space with only one chair shared between you. More seating would make it more comfortable. Sink & kitchen: Functional but could use some upgrades or better maintenance. Millenia Bar & Staff: This seems to be the highlight, with great service and ambiance. Front desk staff: Also rated highly for service. Clean bed: Not enough bedsheets, which affected comfort. Patio: Limited seating but usable for relaxation. Given that we're mostly out at the bar at night and running errands through out our days. We mainly use the room to refresh.

Has definitely improved - has all the amenities needed for a business trip and even a short holiday. Helpful staff and clean amenities - so nice to be able to use the pool knowing it is cleaned regularly - please check chlorine amount as sometimes the smell of chlorine is quite strong - but otherwise the pool is well maintained. Only concern is that we had a room with a door with a poorly functioning bolt to lock it - this needs to be replaced with something safer as can be easily broken into. Otherwise we had a good stay which was private, not noisy and gave me a place to work comfortably in

Customer Service amazing, the people and the staff very polite, friendly and always with a beautiful cheerful smile. Breakfast and food spot on. My room was just the perfect fit, had everything that I needed. One thing that is lacking, should have phones in the room, other than that. Amazing hotel, good location to town. Service amazing. The staff amazing. Hotel I highly recommend. Very happy customer.

Didn’t have a spare toilet roll had to go down and get it myself. They didn’t change the towels once again had to do it myself. My sis and I had drinks out on the balcony on our first night we left the empties neatly on the side of the table …two days later they were still there. However staff were nice and the meal in the restaurant was enjoyable.

Excellent Customer Service. Very convenient to the local market, town and shops. Friendly staff. Breakfast spot on. Room so big just for myself. Very safe.

This hotel is so nice amazing I love it I stay there 3 time now And it's satisfied our staying

It's only a short walk from town but I had a room above the bar and close to the road which was extremely noisy at night. The curtains were see through and I wasn't made aware of pool renovations before my stay. Overall, disappointing.

We expect swimming pool but its not available and we left. We stay only for 2 nights instead of 3 because we're disappointed about the place.
