We booked 3 double rooms and a twin beds room. Staff were gracious and we arrived to a lovely, refreshing drink. Property was very clean, helpful staff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menu, had many varieties to choose from. Rooms, had air-conditioning, and were super clean, with bottles of water and milk in fridge, various teas and coffee sachets on offer. Bathrooms were fantastic, good water pressure. Staff were very approachable, professional and helpful. Would recommend.

If you arrive early make sure you book an extra day before hand as they do not offer early check in even if you offer to pay extra I arrived on the 5 am flight from Brisbane but was unable to check in until 2 pm 1 hr from regular check in time. Oh, and take your own shampoo conditioner body wash I kept requesting refills as it was empty on day 1 but to no avail request was ignored. Other than that it was great. Breakfast was ok not what I expected.

Nice modern clean place. Super well Located. Staff terrific Small but well appointed rooms. The only drawback was that the pool was closed the whole time. Breakfast good. Would have loved more LOCAL fruit rather than apples etc. the barista is terrific here. The lovely nature of the staff makes everything ok. You can walk to town and to Apias restaurants. Nourish does a great lunch. Milani good coffee and cakes. Don’t miss the palusami pizza at Giordanos

Breakfast was lovely a great selection daily with variations. Great staff thoughtful and obliging. Rooms are very clean along with general cleanliness in the hotel itself. Great location very close to the main hub also taxis etc

My first time staying at Lava Hotel and I really enjoyed it,everything was great. I will recommend to the others and definitely staying again for my next trip.

Staff and room were great. Elevator and door to our room was stained, nearing paint or cleaning.

The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Clean room and comfortable bed. Love the buffet breakfast and great location, close to town and market I would stay there again.

Hotel location very good. Rooms very cramped same as bathroom, towels were so small and looked very old and stained. Food was good BUT service was so bad always waiting for someone to take our order, when they did will be waiting for so long only to find out no order was placed. Staff need alot more training in customer service.
