Morning buffet and restaurant were very good.

朝食会場は清潔で、ビュッフェに新鮮なサラダがあったためとても良かった。席についたらすぐ、コーヒーか紅茶を持ってきてくれるので、ホスピタリティも良いと感じた。 空港からの送迎リクエストは、ホテルではなくホテル併設のトラベルエージェントによる受付のため、少し複雑で予約がうまく出来なかった。

３泊しました。 レセプションの女性が大変親切で、気が利く人でした。 レストランの料理はおいしかったです。 ホテル内にATMがあり現地通貨をキャッシングできます。 アメニティはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディクリームでした。 無料のペットボトルは毎日もらえますしタオル交換やベッドメイキングも毎日してくれます。 ホテル内のジムはスタッフも使っているようで、そこでコミュニケーションができてよかったです。 人気があるホテルで予約がとれなかったりしますが、サモアにまた来たらここに泊まりたいです。

とても良かったです！ スタッフは皆、親切でした。チェックイン前に到着すると1時間早く部屋に入れるように、準備を急いで下さいました。 バースタッフも気さくで、面白かったです。 部屋は綺麗で、朝食も美味しかったです。 ホテルから空港への送迎も片道25タラとお手頃で助かりました！

スタッフはみな親切で対応よく、全くストレスを感じさせない、素晴らしさ、ちょっとトラブルがあってもそれ以上のお詫びをしてくれました

サモアに行くときは、いつもツシタラホテルを利用してました！従業員の態度もよく、プライドを持って丁寧な対応でした！ 今回、部屋は、虫が多いし、従業員の態度も、取り繕ってくれないし… また来週宿泊するので、その時は、期待してます！

Easy to check in staff were great room was great much bigger than we thought it would be only thing that could improve is aircon in the rooms. wasnt bad during our stay in April but could be a problem during the summer time as its not that strong. faafetai lava

I booked this for my mom’s Mother’s Day weekend getaway. She loved everything about it, almost everywhere she wanted to go to was walking distance. The food was great. The rooms were spacious. Clean, the staff were very kind and helpful with her. I highly recommend this hotel, thank you Tanoa for making my moms stay an unforgettable stay. Will be booking with them again very soon

Tanoa is based in Apia city, walking distance to the new Savalalo markets. The rooms are tidy n clean with aircon! Towels replaced every morning but can request for more towels if need by calling the operator dial 0 calls straight through to reception. Can do your own laundry $10 samoan Tala to wash n $10 samoan Tala to dry plus $5 if need washing powder but if too busy n have no time to do your washing it's $60 Tala per load to be washed n dried by the cleaners n delivered to your room. Complimentary breakfast from 6.30am to 10.30am so heaps of time to sleeping. Staff are very friendly n helpful! Love the pool right nxt to the buffet breakfast area. Havnt used room service for meals or eaten at the bar but will do that nxt time but definitely would come back to Tanoa thank you everyone for your excellent service God bless!

Top notch across the board Great breakfast buffet = unexpected bonus! Staff was the best= all courteous / helpful / above and beyond

Rooms were fine. Fridge cold. Wifi worked well. Bed comfortable. Free breakfast not very good. Last morning there was not even coffee or hot water but 5 staff working away noisily. No potential for early check in and wasnt allowed to stay in room 1 hour extra. Excuse was busy and full but clearly there were almost no guest at this large hotel during my stay. No consideration given to request for room away from pool restaurant and band.

The menu selection was not great and happy hour was limited to a bucket of beer or wine. The location was great and the pool was nice.

The complimentary breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly. The rooms, I think, could be a lot cleaner and could smell a lot better if the cleaning was good.
