My third time staying at the Buchan Motel with my sons. A great spot in a lovely part of Victoria. Room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast provisions were very popular!

Everything was perfect with our stay right from checkin to checkout. There was so much thought given in every aspect of the stay to make it pleasant. All items where new, well maintained with good ambience. Breakfast was too good and it was above my expectations. Spotting kangaroos from property and room balcony was mesmerising. Could never forget that day we spent at property.

Simple but comfortable amenities - nice touches with the breakfast and coffee in room, good communication in advance on the day of arrival. Gave me many ideas for short walks etc. Was just a very easy stay. And the morning wake up - sunrise and the birds? Magic

Everthing went well: book in was smooth and room was excellent with a great view. All amenties were good: bed, shower and wi fi. The room was spacious and the continental breakfast was aooreciated. Would certainl return if back this way again!

Room was clean and well appointed, with contemporary decor and luxurious toiletries. We enjoyed the covered deck and rain showerhead and pleasant garden view. Breakfast provisions were very good. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like providing wood and matches for the fire pit, and barbecue utensils with facility to wash up after cooking on the communal bbqs. Easy location to walk to Buchan Caves and the Buchan Caves Hotel.

Very friendly staff however we did stay over a second night and our room was not attended to and I had to ask for ammenities it was a lovely place and an amazing view of the town

Poor signage. Approach is a like a goattrack. Reception mechanical and indifferent - did not brief on local facilities - sent text only after local store closed. Room like a furnace on arrival. Did not even lower west facing shades. Startled in morning by barking dog from adjoining room running into ours while loading up. Not the way to run a business. However, cleanliness good and do it yourself breakfast OK.
