I appreciate the staff cares about guests but honestly I was really scared when a man staff spoke to me when I was getting inside of my room at night. It’s not even late night and I didn’t know where he was spiking to me. I don’t think that’s a good hospitality at all. Disappointed. And no one’s respond when I was checking out even I already told the reception that I have to check out at midnight because of my flight. Totally disappointed. And rooms were not clean. Towels were stinky. No hand/body soup…

Staff was excellent. Room was very nice, location was terrific. Very clean, very professional. Very nice stay overall. Beach was beautiful. Only issues we had were with our air conditioning unit having a broken fan that made a loud grating noise on every start stop (blades hitting casing) and they started roofing work at 8am.

Expedia sold us the wrong room at a high price, after paying 18 thousand aus we had to fork out more when we arrived to get what we thought we paid for. Not able to contact Expedia leave RTP to fix the Expedia problem and in turn charge us more.

Restaurant staff need to more attentive not make you standing there waiting to be served……. Need to show professionalism at all times. Breakfast buffet was not the best. Not worth the price they charge. The only staff were professional were the reception and the maintenance. And House keeping.

I like to take a moment to thank the Return to Paradise family for their hospitality, kindness, responsiveness, and their attention to detail. This was my first trip to Samoa and I could not have chosen a better resort to get a true feel of Samoan hospitality, culture and vibe. The hotel name is very fitting because it’s literally paradise. If you’re planning to explore Samoa, then I would recommend getting a car since the resort is on the other side of the island (opposite side of Apia). But if you are looking for a resort that makes you feel like you’re family, provides cozy accommodations, has a private beach and amazing facilities then you need to book Return to Paradise. Thank you for making my wife’s birthday extra special.

Everything was good besides the Air conditioning. Was not strong enough to keep our room cool. Had to have both fan & AC on the same time. My advice, is to check all AC’s before anyone checks in

The biggest issue was the air conditioning in both rooms I booked in. I had to move rooms for my last night and it was like a sauna. 3 times I advised reception and they assured me they would fix it but didn’t nor did they move me to a room because there wasn’t a room that had working aircon. Dining experience was dismal with mixup in orders or food not arriving. Tv wasn’t working, no dishwashing liquid. Overall experience- 7/10
