I don’t recommend this apartment to anybody. Complicated entrance and check in system, smells bad in the room. I will not came back again.

Clean room and complete no need to bring anything, the air conditioning is pretty good too, easy access to pool area. The view is great.

Easy check in and communication. Customer service 10/10 - our host was Kim and he was professional and hospitable. The place was as pictured, very comfortable and cozy. Kim went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Would definitely recommend.

The property itself is great, spacious & clean. Downside is no phone network even at the lobby but there is a wifi in the room. No restaurant nearby but u can cook ur food as cooking utensils were provided. Over all our stay is fantastic, close to the airport.

I wasn’t sure how to organize this, so I’ll just share my experience. The apartment itself was great very clean and noticeably cold, which I personally loved since it made sleeping really comfortable. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms, so it’s a good option for larger groups. The view is decent, and the pool is very nice. Just a quick tip: don’t hang your clothes on the balcony, as it’s not allowed (learned that the fun way 😄). Kim, the contact person, was very kind and helpful throughout the stay, which made things much easier. The only slightly odd part is the building access. You have to enter through the garage, and the lobby is located inside it. It felt a bit unusual at first, but it’s really just a minor inconvenience. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely rent this place again.

Was a really nice place to stay our 4 nights. Unit was clean modern n big enough for the 6 of us. Location was good for us. Free parking n friendly staff checked all our boxes.

Ok, if you want a fantastic place, great location, perfect grab rides to anywhere (our room to Terminal 3 for $5, can’t be beat and that’s with luggage) super poc Kim and a few other great helpers, this is the one you want to rent, if it’s available. And the room…very nice, spacious super fast wifi with multiple users and no noise!!! Beds are super comfy, a/c’s are fantastic splits, and the location can’t be beat. Steps, yes steps away from Okada without paying that price. Fantastic deal!

I stayed here for nine days in August and I would definitely stay here again. The room I rented was nice, comfortable, and not too expensive. They had all the amenities you could want and need for an extended stay. Additionally the staff were all pleasant and professional. It's also in a quiet and safe area of Manila. I had a very pleasant stay in the Philippines and a big reason why was having this place to return to after my daytime adventures in Manila. If you're planning on staying in Manila for a while I would definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel and room is very nice. The location is not very far from the airport, which makes it nice for a short travel time. The only reason for giving this hotel a low rating is because they are spammers. I have never encountered a hotel that sends repeated emails and multiple emails daily, starting almost 2 weeks before arrival and even continuing after check out. This is absolutely ridiculous to receive so many emails and messages. The one that absolutely upset me a lot was the repeated email asking for and demanding that a copy of everyone's passport in my family be sent to a gmail account prior to arrival. This is extremely unsafe. I would never do this and I would highly recommend that nobody send a copy of their passport to a gmail account. If it wasn't for the repeated request to send copies of my families passports to a gmail account and being spammed by this hotel, they would have received high marks from me.

Check-in process was quick and simple. Very responsive. Lobby and premises clean and safe. Despite the lack of amenities on or around premises, Grab delivers and makes up for what's missing 😊

Great place for get together with family and friends. It was an overnight stay prior to boarding back home.
