タオル交換が良かった

客室はとても清潔で完璧に清掃されている感じで気持ち良かったです。 スタッフの方々もとても丁寧で、皆さん対応の都度ご自身の名前を名乗る所が好印象でした。また絶対にリピートしたいと思えるとても素晴らしいホテルでした。

新しくってお部屋の窓も大きくて素晴らしかったけど、シャワーを使うと外がビシャビシャになっちゃうところだけが気になった。スイーツは天才的に美味しい！

Professional staff.

We had such a beautiful stay here. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the entire experience feel special. Breakfast was excellent fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start the morning. The bar was terrific as well. The staff truly went out of their way for us, making sure we had everything we needed and making us feel genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a place where the people are this warm and attentive. Their kindness made our day even better. A stellar experience all around, and we would happily return. Would highly recommend staying at this property in Osaka when I come back this is where I’m definitely staying

새로지어진 우메다지역호텔이라 말잇못~ 피콕엘리 라운지에서 와인한잔하면 숙박비가 아깝지않아요 객실넓고 새거새거하고 그랑프론오사카 루쿠아와 구름다리로 잘 이어져있어서 쇼핑하기에도좋고 단점으로는 힐튼무료조식손님들이 많아 조식당혼잡도가 높아요 주차는 옆건물지하로 내려가야하고 발렛과 2천엔금액차이있어요 주차비가 비싸서인지 정말 텅텅비어있고 안내직원분들이 곳곳에 계십니다

One of the nicest city hotels we have stayed in anywhere. The service was stellar, the restaurants were amazing, the rooms were outstanding.
