7泊しました。　部屋は通常のホテルより広く清潔で　シャワーの湯量もバッチリ。　キッチンには一通り料理ができるツールが揃っています。地下には洗濯乾燥機(洗剤付き)も3台あって快適に過ごせました。　 テレビはスマートテレビでYouTubeやネトフリが見れます。 スタッフとは基本what’s appで連絡してましたが、驚くほどにレスが早く　的確でした。 近所には美味しいパン屋やスーパーやレストランがあり、治安も良く、多くのパリの見どころまで歩いて行く事ができました。　地下鉄の最寄り駅もいくつかあり、遠出にも便利な立地でした。

家族で利用しました、部屋は清潔で ベットルームが２つに各部屋シャワーとトイレ があり、とても便利です リビングルームもあり快適でした 少し住めそうなほどのキッチンも食洗機も 付いてました 10区ということで治安を心配してましたが 私達は夜出歩かないので何の心配も無く むしろ静かで快適でした 近くに安くて便利なスーパーもレストラン もありました

Lovely compact apartment. Everything you could possibly need - besides the bedroom, comfy large sofa bed, a table and chairs to eat, the kitchen has 2 hobs, microwave, sink, coffee machine, dishwasher. Having the luggage room was so helpful, as we left our bags when we checked out and continued to explore Paris. There is also a laundry room in the basement.

Très bel endroit dans un bon quartier. Le studio a de belles prestations et est à la hauteur des photos/descriptif. Je recommande sans hésitation et reviendrait certainement!

The design of the small space was lovely but the furnishings seemed a bit worn. The building had great amenities (washer, dryer, luggage lockers) and the location was terrific.

De airconditioning stonk enorm. Elke keer als je de kamer binnenkwam stonk het naar een rotte vislucht. Elke keer dus de ramen opengezet en toen was het oké. Verder is de slaapkamer in een afgesloten hokje. Je kunt hier dus niet een raampje openzetten. Verder ook een hoop handige zaken: locatie: dichtbij wasserette, bakkers, winkels, loopafstand tot centrum, metro etc. De toegang tot het pand met de bagageopslag is ook een echte pré

Quarto super limpo, com tudo o que precisa. Camas confortáveis, roupa de cama tbm, aquecimento no quarto. Quarto super moderno. Bairro bem legal. Super indico e voltaria de novo

Close to metro lines, small but with everything you need for a short visit, compact but practical kitchenette, chic. The area, plenty of small bars and restaurants, boulangerie. Highly recommend for couples.

Very prompt and helpful communication even though not on site

Very nice and spacious room with amenities and comfortable bed. Perfectly located in the middle of numerous quartiers. Quiet and safe area. Excellent boulangerie for viennoiseries and some patisseries round the corner.

Very clean little apartment with all the commodities needed. Easy to walk to the station and safe area. The A/C wasn’t working great but other than that everything was good.

Perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens). Great safe location with public transportation, restaurants, cafes, and shops all close by. You can also easily walk to many Paris attractions. Our apartment was clean and well equipped. The AC was a big plus and worked well. Communication was easy and quick both before and during the stay. We used the baggage storage lockers both before check-in and after checking out, and the elevator was much appreciated for getting our luggage to our 4th floor apartment. We would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to others!

Really lovely location in the 10th that's easily walkable to many sites, and numerous cafes within a couple blocks to while away the day.
