とても設備が整っていて、過ごしやすかったです。洗濯石鹸からワインオープナー、食洗機の洗剤、オリーブオイルまで揃っていて助かりました。 綺麗で、心地よく、途中入ってくれた清掃も素晴らしかったです。 滞在の途中から、右側のバスルームから下水の匂いが上がってきていて、部屋が臭くなりました。 また、リビングの一階下になる玄関部が、なぜか毎回タバコ臭かったのが気になりました。 それ以外は、本当に素晴らしかったです！

The apartment is nice and clean. It has a perfect location within the walking distance to many city attractions and metro stations (lines 8, 9 and 4). The apartment is a little small for a family of 4, but it has everything you might need - washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen appliances, iron and etc. Communication was great! All our questions were answered very quickly.

Clean, modern spacious and well located, apartment 1 is on the ground floor so easy access for those with lots of luggage. Having a laundry was brilliant. A bit of noise from upstairs and nearby church etc. so not the best for light sleepers.

I didn't meet anybody; however, the place had automated messages and it was super easy to get on property. The place is clean and cute. The bedroom is huge but the living room was rather small. Which is fine since I was there to enjoy Paris not staying inside. The place is very clean, I'm very particularly about seeing hair or spots on items. There are a lot of gnats at this place though. It doesn't bother me and I was able to trap, 20 of them. I hope management can fix this problem as it can be annoying.

A charming, modern apartment with plenty of room for our family of four. I only wish we could have stayed for longer!

The room was exactly as pictured in the photos and the best part was the air conditioning was cold during the heat wave. It was nice to come home and cool down. Place was central to everything. You can walk every different way to catch a train which was nice. My only issues were closet was about 12 inches wide for the entire 4th floor apartment. We had 4 people with 4 pieces of luggage and they were scattered across the apartment due to lack of storage. Also, one bathroom has some weird swing saloon doors on them which are awkward walking into the small space. The air conditioning made up for it all. Also keep in mind, there is no lift so you are carrying up 3 flights of stairs.

The property exceeded our expectations. It was in a great location, in terms of metro access, coffee, boulangerie, markets, etc. The decor was really charming, and lots of little extras were great - Nespresso machine, Smeg fridge & freezer, very good a/c, blue tooth sound system, washer/dryer, and a second bathroom plus separate toilet. Only cons: stairs are narrow, so a little difficult to navigate with luggage, but we were expecting this. Also, the bedroom with the round bed had no nightstands, drawers or closet, and the saloon style doors between the bedroom & bathroom were a pain. Really impressed with decor, cleanliness, and the quality of amenities, from linens to appliances - everything looked new. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

Excellent apartment in a fun location (though a dingy street) with easy access to two metro stations. Tons of restaurants nearby and great gelato at Amarino. The kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine was a plus, and two bathrooms are a rare perk. Note, though, that the toilet is in a little room by itself (in the French tradition) with no sink, so you have to leave that room and go to a shower room to wash your hands. The addition of a small stand or even a chair in the bedrooms for opening a suitcase would be a nice thing to provide for future guests.

Found that locker storage was all used when we were counting on it. Although the washer/dryer looked updated, it did not dry well at all compared to what we were used to. It would take 3 hours for a small load and it still would not be dry. Some instructions would have been nice. Looked up on internet and that wasn’t helpful enough. There were saloon style doors in the one bathroom and they were hard to deal with. There were lots of winding steps to get up. The kitchen was great to have and the air-conditioning was wonderful. We felt very safe there and it was really quiet.

We had a great stay at Beauquartier. It was the perfect home away from home while our family of 3 was in Paris. They even provided a pack and play and a high chair for my baby.

Great spot for a family of four. Well equipped. Very “Parisienne” accommodations. Multiple flights of stairs if mobility is an issue.

Laundry was a wonderful add. Apartment was so clean.

The apartment is a little smaller than it appears in the photos, but well-located and the finishes are very nice. It was spotlessly clean, and the check-in process was smooth.

The place was very clean. I stayed in apt 3 and i really loved it !! No regrets. It was close to the train station , walking distance to restaurants. We walked to the louvre. The host checked in on me the first to make sure i had a smooth check in. The only one thing i wouldve loved is a bit more coffee pods since it was 3 of us it wasnt enough but other than that i would definitely recommend and i would love to come back again. Mercí

Wonderful property and would definitely stay again. Location was fantastic, property was spotless and was just as described. Check in/out was simple and easy, and any questions/requests were promptly answered and met.

Very inconvenient because we were on the 3rd floor and there is no an elevator, so you have to take 3 sets of stair to get to the apartment. If you get the 1st floor that will be great, otherwise you shouldn't book the apartment. We reported the carpet was very inconvenient because we tripped several times and management did nothing. We also reported that the stairs inside the apartment has a strong cigar odor and again management did nothing. We also adjust the AC but it reset by itselt so at night the rooms were hot. The apartment maybe will be convinient if you get the 1st floor, have no luggages or travel only with cary cases.

Great location. Easy check in, with good communication from the operators. Clean and modern facilities. We loved our stay here. It was perfect for our family of four with teenage children.
