キッチンには道具が揃っていた。そしてバスルームも綺麗ではあったが、タオルなどはボロボロで特にすごく清潔なわけでもなかった。 アパートメントタイプなので仕方ないが、チェックインチェックアウト後の荷物の預かりサービスがなかったことが少し残念だった。 サポートチームは手厚く対応してくれたが、一回で終わるメール以外はメールの担当者が変わるため何度も繰り返し同じ情報を聞いてくるのが少し億劫だった。 しかし、サポートがここまでしっかりしていると安心できると思う。 個人的にアパートメントタイプは初めてだったので、合う合わないがあるとは思った。

フロントが無いので荷物預かりや観光の相談が出来ない点が注意です。

同じ会のジムが煩く、早朝から大変大きな音と振動で目が覚めます。目覚ましがいらないのはいいですが、気持ちのいい目覚めとはいえ

正直に書きます。 エアコンがないですが、天井に扇風機があり、暑さは我慢できるほどでした。扇風機の角度を変えたら大きな埃が落ちてきて驚きました。 二泊しましたがバスタオルの交換はなし。生乾きの匂いをかすかに感じるタオルで少々残念でした。 洗面所の排水口から上がってくる匂いがあり、やや不快。部屋の水道は問題ありませんでした。 電子レンジ、食器があったのは良かったです。 総合すればサービスは最低限という感じです。 ヴァンドーム広場近くという立地の良さはありますが、価格相応とは言えません。日本ならば格安ホテルほどの部屋、サービスだと思います。 フロントなし、無人ということで、宿泊前後に荷物を預けられず、近くのロッカーを借りざるを得ず、ロッカー代金15ユーロを2日分、また、宿泊直前に税金22ユーロの支払いの連絡が来て、合計すると32ユーロも出費があり、かなり高額の宿泊となりました。 キャンセルも考えましたが、返金されないことになっており、あきらめて宿泊した次第です。もう少し他のホテルと比較して予約すると良かったです。 場所は良い！

天井にFanがあるだけで、冷房がなかったので暑くて困りました。この設備でこの値段はOver priced だと思いました。

清潔でとてもよかったです。キッチンの道具はしっかり揃ってました。3泊だったので、タオルの数がもう少しあったら、うれしいです。その間、掃除も入らないので、もっと長い方は大変だったかもしれません。シャンプーはなかったです。

Mold in the bathroom, bed not suitable for average 2 persons

Très belle chambre au 4eme étage sur arrière cour pour ma part. Le quartier est calme tout en étant à proximité des commerces. Seul bémol le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans ma chambre (déplacement pro).

It was a bit hard to find there was no address on the door. Great communication from the staff with codes via email, no staff on sites. A bit of a musky smell in the hotel. Great location, lots of shops and restaurants, walkable to many attractions

Negativ: Das Zimmer war sehr staubig. (Hausstauballergie, hatte einen Asthmaanfall), Handtücher sind sehr alt (ausgefranst). Insgesamt wirkt die Unterkunft alt (abgeblätterte Tapete). Positiv: Lage der Unterkunft, Ausstattung im Zimmer.

Studio vol met spiegels wat heel fijn was! Alles was aanwezig! Zeer rustig op de bovenste verdieping! Goeie verwarming! Zeer goeie matras! Super locatie op wandelafstand vd metro en het Louvre.

Finding the property was confusing as the hotel name does not match the name displayed on the building. The room itself was clean and the cleaner was genuinely lovely, but the rooms are extremely small and inconsistent — some have full amenities, others don’t. Bedding was worn, and stairs and communal areas were dirty. The main issue was the first night. Guests above me were banging, shouting and screaming until around 3am. I contacted the WhatsApp support number and received the following exact response: “We apologize for this inconvenience. Please note that there is no team on-site at this time to speak with the person screaming upstairs. We will inform our manager about this situation immediately. Meanwhile, could you also go there and let them know? This building is in a quiet area, and no loud noise is authorized. We apologize again for the disturbance. Best regards, Jessy, Team WS” I was being asked to confront noisy guests myself, which is completely unacceptable. I replied saying I was not prepared to do this and asked for help — they refused. The noise continued all night. We had to be up early for Disney at 7am, making this even worse. I contacted Hotels.com, who were equally unhelpful and told me to go back and speak to the hotel, despite there being no on-site staff. The next day there was an apology note and chocolates, which doesn’t make up for a sleepless night. Great location, but no overnight support, poor management. I would never stay again

Établissement bien situé à deux pas de la Place Vendôme. C’était très propre , la chambrette était bien équipée : sèche cheveux et kitchenette. Matériaux de qualité. Petit bémol sur les serviettes un peu élimées

Everything was great for the price. No problems.
