新しいホテルの様でとても清潔感ありました。スタッフの方も丁寧で優しく、またほぼ全ての観光エリアに近いので立地も申し分ないです！

トレビの泉まで徒歩2〜3分という抜群の立地で、観光にも大変便利でした。ホテル周辺は治安も良く、近隣にはレストランも多数あり、夜の散策も安心して楽しめます。 ホテルスタッフのホスピタリティは素晴らしく、常に笑顔で丁寧に対応してくださいました。 併設レストラン「Anava」のスタッフの方々もとてもフレンドリーで、ホテルで使用しているオリーブオイルを特別に譲っていただいたり、近くのおすすめレストランを紹介していただいたりと、細やかな心配りに感動しました。 空港からホテルまでの送迎サービスも非常に快適で安心できました。 またローマを訪れる際は、必ずこのホテルに宿泊したいと思います。

Very personable staff. Great rooms. And good tv. CNN FOX for Americans. Restaurant very good.

The room was clean and the air conditioning made our stay in the summer heat comfortable. The staff and service is also great. The only downside is that the rooms are not sound proof. You can hear noice from the other rooms and the street. However the location is perfect near the Trevi fountain. Everything is walking distance. Overall we had a nice stay.

Arguably one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in when in Rome! Location is incredible Aesthetic of the hotel is beautifully executed. Staff are amazing, can’t do enough to help. The cleanliness was wonderful. Whole heartedly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Je Rome Hotel! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The location was perfect—close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and shops, so we were able to walk almost everywhere. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

Hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful. It’s a 2 min walk to Trev Fountain so pretty close to everything. Hotel bar was relatively expensive (as most are) but loads of other options around. We would stay again.

We had a great stay at Je Rome Hotel. The location is excellent—most of Rome's main attractions are within about a 15-minute walk, making it very convenient to explore the city. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The only downside was that it could get a little noisy at times because of people walking and talking outside, especially at night. Overall, it's a great hotel with a fantastic location, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

The room was and slept 4 comfortably. Large bathroom and closet. Breakfast and staff was great!

We had a very comfortable couple days stay. Good location very near Trevi Fountain area and restaurants. Only negative was that we couldn’t make our last night there due to Etna eruption…airport closed and no flights out to Rome. They didn’t care. We lost our night stay.

The staff was amazing. Clean room, air conditioning worked perfectly and just one block from the Trevi Fountain.

This was our first stop in Italy. We have 13-year-old twin girls, and the suite was perfect for a two-night stop in Rome before heading to Florence. Extremely helpful, kind staff made our stay perfect! I’d definitely recommend.

Chicago based family of four with two teen/preteen kids on a multi city European trip. Booked the luxury suite which was one floor from lobby and had a patio. Excellent bathroom, walk in closet, large patio, and perfect sleeping arrangement for the family of four. Great base station for an extended stay while going to places outside of Rome. Kids favorite hotel of the trip. Central location for Rome. Attentive and helpful and friendly staff. Enjoyed the restaurant in the lobby for breakfast and the bar for a drink later in the day. Highly recommend and would go back.

Room was clean, air conditioned, and the staff was very helpful. If I had to pick a hotel for a return trip the Je Rome would be it. It was conveniently located to the center city (Trevi Fountain) was 4 mins away. Breakfast was a nice touch as well.

The hotel is kind of boutique hotel, very nice, modern and very clean and well maintained hotel in the old city. The location is perfect, everything is walking distance except for the Vatican. We enjoyed our stay there, and we highly recommend it.
