ホテルのスタッフと滞在客とが和やかに会話できるアットホームな雰囲気のホテルです。部屋にポットがなかったですが、ホテルの方にお湯とカップを快く貸してもらえました。エレベーターもあり便利でした。

翌日のユーロスターに乗るため、駅近で選びました。本当に道の向こうはパリ北駅。ただ、大荷物を持っていたので、階段の途中にあるエレベーターには困りました。

This hotel's quality is high. The owner has good kindness. If I go to Saint-Malo, I hope to reserve this hotel.

Sehr freundliches Personal und bequemes Bett. Leider war das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss recht warm, obwohl ein Ventilator zur Verfügung stand. Der zur Verfügung stehende Wasserkocher war nicht benutzbar, da das Kabel durch den abgewinkelten Stecker nicht in die Steckdose gesteckt werden konnte, die sich unmittelbar über der Tischplatte befand. Dennoch komme ich gerne wieder, da das Hotel angenehm zentral liegt.

Quite a nice little hotel. It was pretty quiet considering the very central location. The room is quite small, and the toilet is SUPER small. There is no air conditioning, but you can sleep with windows open. It still get very hot in the summer though. A little refrigerator and AC would have achieved a five-star rating

I didn’t have any aircon in my room (30+ degrees during the day) and the electric fan (portable) was ineffective as it was placed too far away so I couldn’t feel anything. Neither could it be moved. Given the price which was high. having no aircon was unacceptable.

Efficient check in and out. Room functional and modern. No air-conditioning but fan provided. Location excellent but some late night and early morning noise outside.

Très bien situé dans le vieux Saint-Malo. Personnel très gentil, poli, à votre écoute. Chambre très agréable. Petit-déjeuner avec spécialités locales.

Hotel parfait en plein centre

The Bristol Union is ideally located to explore the historic element of St Malo and the near by beaches. The proximity to car parks and the ferry port is useful. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and the room just as described, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Nice location

The hotel's in the old town and close to everything. Plenty of choices for food, shopping and culture. The staffers are all friendly and fluent in English. My room is up on the 5th floor. It's bigger than necessary with a tall window overlooking the courtyard. The queen size bed is not firm nor soft. The bathroom is a little cramped but bearable. The furnitures are classic chic. Overall, convenient, quite and comfortable. I had my room cleaned twice in my 6-night stay. The bed was made and the trashes were taken away. They didn't replace the towels. I suppose one can get them replaced upon request. This is typical for hotels that are environmentally conscious.
