Très bel établissement idéalement situé pour découvrir Lisieux. Personnel accueillant et attentionné. Chambres soignées et propres. J'y reviendrai avec plaisir

Room was clean, simple and comfortable. Staff was gracious and helpful.

Les chambres etsalle de bain meriteraient un bon rafraîchissement. Pression d'eau faible poir la douche. Restaurant très bien

Hôtel sympathique sans être très moderne. Restaurant très agréable.

Réception et porte d'entrée fermée de 12h à 14h, du jamais vu. Chambre exiguë, à rénover totalement, circulation difficile . Aucune insonorisation, on entend tout des chambres voisines, Lumières de la rue éclairant la chambre. Premier jour petit déjeuner chaotique, restaurant fermé, personnel absent. Une cliente appellera un numero. Apres 8h ,situation ubuesque, pas de vaisselle, machine à café HS, quelqu'un va chercher le pain...sous le regard médusé des clients ... La réceptionniste désolée, s`excusera elle, et proposera un geste commercial.

Nice area but parking was challenging

The Wi-Fi access points did not work at all in our room on the 2nd floor throughout our stay. Staff informed us that this could not be remedied because it was an extended weekend... this was a major annoyance. The area is nice and conveniently situated, though there were lots of roadworks in the area at the time of our stay. Staff were friendly and positive.

Good value for money. Rooms and bathrooms are tiny (built in the sixties i guess) and not sound proof but building is within walking distance of cathedral and dinner at the restaurant was sumptuous

We liked that the property had a restaurant that served local food! We did not like that the sheets kept coming off of the bed during the night

The staff was wonderful , helpful. The location is excellent if you’re interested in Saint Therese. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The bathroom is small but clean. There is no air conditioning

Beaucoup trop bruyant. Le bruit est a l’exterieur de l’hotel est permanent et dans l’hotel il n’y a aucune insonorisation, on entend tout le monde c’est vraiment dommage. Pour moi on est pas sur un hotel 3 etoiles. Personnel très sympatique. Je ne reviendrai pas car pour le prix il y a mieux…

They do not have air conditioning or any fan. To much hot at night.

Nuisance extérieure bruit voitures motos vehicules propreté de la ville 5h du matin à tard la nuit , plus un bruit climatisation extérieure à subir pendant la nuit . . Température lourde journée et nuit (33 vers 18h) sans climatisation et surtout sans petit frigidaire pour boisson fraîche. Je ne recommande pas la chambre 2.

Chauffage insuffisant. Son de la télévision trop bas

Rent rum, ren dusch/toalett. Fantastisk mat i restaurangen.

Durant mon voyage a vélo je suis passer par lisieux pour la nuit Superbe accueil chambre parfaite Jai pas tester le petit-déjeuner mais en tout cas je conseille l'hôtel grandement
