Nice stay.

More of a hostel/bedsit than a hotel. Strong smell of cleaning products, industrial carpet, not very cosy or pleasant. It is in a good location however, and the bed was comfortable.

We were four adults sharing one room, and unfortunately, the space didn't match what was shown on the website. The room felt cramped, with the beds taking up nearly all available floor space. The beds themselves were decent, but the overall comfort was compromised by the tight layout. The shower pressure was weaker than expected, which made for less-than-ideal rinses. During our stay, we experienced a heat wave, and the window ventilation was insufficient—there was only one small opening, making the room uncomfortably warm. On a positive note, the parking area was excellent. We were able to leave our car there even after checkout on the same day, which was very convenient. Overall, the hotel has some redeeming qualities, but the room size and ventilation issues significantly impacted our stay.

Lovely clean room with great amenities and at a very good price.

Was expecting the normal hotel room but this one also had microwave, air fryer a fridge and washing up facilities plus plates, knives and forks. Very very impressed.

We stayed in a family room. All was OK but the door lock prevented us exiting the room as we tried to check out! We had to exit by unbolting the double door.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel due to an issue that should have been easily prevented. There was a mosquito in the room that kept buzzing around all night and biting me, making it very difficult to sleep. I expected better cleanliness and basic pest control standards. While the room itself appeared tidy, this problem significantly affected my comfort and overall experience. I would recommend that the hotel improve its room checks and pest control measures to ensure guests can rest without disturbance. Unfortunately, this issue overshadowed what could have been an otherwise pleasant stay.

The room was clean, had a fridge, microwave kitchen area. Bathroom was clean with towels etc had hand wash in the bathroom, would of been nice to have shower gel for the shower..

It could be cleaner, the decor needs tidying up and the bed sheets were worn and in need of repair. Nice location and the staff were lovely.

For the money, I was very impressed with the quality. Had a decently tidy and clean room with a few minor issues (like a small bit of mold in the far corner or occasional dust in hidden spaces). Had a private bathroom with functional facilities although hot water was very slow at times but works with a bit of patience. Even had basic kitchen equipment like a fridge which was unexpected, sink, kettle and microwave, lots of storage (which could be used as a wardrobe or extra storage), but no oven or stovetop. The bed was comfortable and the sheets seemed clean. Check in and check out was easy, lady was very friendly. A few tips of improvement would be to remove any traces of mold even if minor, allow window to stay open (we couldn’t figure it out) and to fix the hot water taking forever. For the price of ~£50 a night (cheaper with a blue light card discount), overall impressed.

Ok budget hotel, clean and warm, 10 min walk from the central market. A direct bus from the train station is available. a good option to stay near the city center.

Good position for exploring older part of Norwich, parking us included which is a bonus. Hotel is a little tired but clean.

Good size room with kitchenette, only thing was bathroom was poor which let the room down a little. Loads of free parking and 10 minute walk into town. Would stay again

Very good location for walking into the city centre. Plantation gardens next to the hotel definitely worth a visit. Friendly reception staff. Small double was small and basic but was clean, had a good sized shower, comfortable bed and sink, fridge and microwave. ( no freezer compartment) . Also mugs, bowls and cups for 2. Was v hot but there was a fan provided. Only mirror was in the bathroom. Biggest problem was the safety light shining green all night in the direct eyeline of the bed. . If you prefer a dark room then this could be an issue. Such a shame as this would put me off returning to this hotel.

The hotel is near to the main road and it is little bit noisy in the mid night .

Very good parking facilities. Make sure you tell them your registration number, so they can register it. Staff were lovely. Very short walk to the town. It’s a slightly different type of hotel room. It has a sink/microwave/fridge in the room. I think they might cater for people who travel for work. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a decent size. Problem with no hot water this morning. Bearing in mind the parking and proximity to the town, we would definitely use the hotel again.
