Excellent location, clean rooms, good food and top it off with amazing staff. 10/10

Had a lovely stay at Craigside Manor Hotel in Llandudno. The front desk manager went out of her way to help during our stay, she went over and beyond her role. The staff were polite and friendly throughout our stay. Great breakfast, comfortable stay, and excellent customer service — would happily return!

Graigside is a nice clean hotel being part of a public house means food is available and there is a large car park something which is lacking in a lot of Llandudno hotels. There is free WiFi. Breakfast is available. The staff are friendly and helpful though they do have a large area to cover and might be stretched if th pub gets busy. This is not the first stay we have made at Graigside Manor as it was previously a Premier Inn and I am sure it will not be our last.

Lovely welcoming staff who were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms are presentable and clean with a comfortable bed and pillows, the restaurant is very nice offering amazing views iof the bay in the beer garden, plenty of parking would happily stay here again

A very well presented hotel. Staff very helpful nothing was too much trouble, very accommodating. Breakfast very good, plenty to choose from. Evening meal was good too. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

They did not even have my booking when I arrive and tv was not working

Double room with nice views of the sea and Little Orme. We’ve stayed here a few times, and recommend booking a sea or Orme view at the front. Bathroom was small, and with a shower over the bath. Would prefer walk in shower as my 81 year old hubby has recently had an artificial knee. Nice selection of shampoos, conditioners etc. Breakfast and dinner were very nice, with the usual menu of a J W Lees pub/hotel. Plenty of parking…just make sure you fill in your registration details at reception. The staff at reception, bar, and restaurant were all extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the "Orme" room which has a fantastic view of the Sea and the Pier at Llandudno. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing and very clean and tidy. We had an Evening meal and Breakfast which were first class and very tasty. We will be booking agin in the future.

Great location. Easy access to nearby attractions and transport. Parking was simple and felt safe. Instructions for check-in and stay were clear and easy to follow. Staff were excellent—very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Overall, a smooth and pleasant stay. Would recommend.

The main building, bar and restaurant are lovely and the parking is also good. Staff are friendly if perhaps not always immediately available. However, the room was distinctly average, or perhaps not worth the money paid. There was a strange smell in the room, which was worse in the heavily dated bathroom. Furnishings felt dated and completely out of character with the nicely decorated and furnished main areas. The window had no view at all and was even partly obscured glass, adding to the uncomfortable ambience of the room. The room lighting was harsh also. An arrival one of the windows in the room was open, usually an acknowledgement that the room has an unpleasant odour. On the positive side there were plenty of plug sockets. The breakfast was average. Specific requests such as crispy bacon were ignored by the chef which is disappointing and the coffee wasn't great. Some items were missing from the buffet also, but mentioned on the menu. It was a lovely place to have breakfast though with nice views. Overall it was a bit of a disappointment as it could have been so much better.

Breakfast was good, a small nigle, the toaster needs upgrading took ages to toast bread, other than that good variety of options fresh cooked breakfast and cereals as well.

Nice clean rooms. No lift. The meals and bar area are very good. Parking on site. The only downside was in our rooms the tv only had four random channels one day and none the next.

We stayed for 2 days with kids. The room was very comfortable, clean and shower was very clean and well maintained. We had breakfast and dinner at the pub. The team was very welcoming, the food was delicious and we really enjoyed our stay.
