It was hard for me to check in without a reception, I needed a help from a guy who lives there.

Easy to get in , enjoyed the stay

Kitchen could have used a bigger pan/pot, no mirror in the bathroom. Bedsheets were dirty and covered in hair on arrival, forced to sleep on the couch for the first night. But housekeeping resolved the issue quickly on the next day

Good central location. We were shocked by the state of the entrance to the apartments from the street, not a good first impression. No lift so had to climb three floors of stairs with luggage but did have help offered to us which was nice. The apartment was small, darkly decorated in grey and quite disappointing. Some things missing in the kitchenette (no forks) and a broken glass so left a note. It was clean though and had a comfy bed. Furniture damaged and bedside light not working. Didn't have to spend a long time in the apartment so it didn't spoil our stay. A tea towel, and a kitchen cloth would have been helpful as we had to go out and buy them. Could be improved with a few changes/additions.

Easy check in procedure door code gets you into the building and room. Spacious room with modern kitchen and bathroom, well stocked tea/coffee etc and good hot water supply. Warm rooms and well stocked towels and bedding , only drawback is due to its location you get some noise and guests turning up at stupid o'clock in the morning. On the whole if you can get this for a good price its well worth it

The hotel is in an excellent central location, right in the heart of Wakefield and close to all the nightlife and entertainment. The welcome sheet describes this very cleverly, although in practical terms it does mean it can be quite noisy outside until around 3am. I stayed on a Saturday night so mid-week may be quieter. On the plus side, the location makes eating locally incredibly easy, with plenty of places to eat less than a minute away. The keyless entry for both the hotel and the room is brilliant and very convenient, which makes the whole stay feel smooth and modern. My room was very clean and perfectly suited for a one-night stay. There were plenty of fresh towels provided, and the bathroom was nice, with a hot shower that was very welcome. Overall, it is a clean, convenient and well-located place to stay, especially if you want to be right in the centre and do not mind some late-night noise.

Lovely clean and welcoming will definitely use again !! This was our second stay at those flats. Highly recommend!

Wasnt impressed with the manager, entered my room when i was out, spy hole on the door looked as if it had been removed

All good with only a couple of minor issues. Could do with vanity mirror with plug socket, hangers on backs of doors and a shower mat.

Location central had doubts about noise but it was so peaceful! Well equipped kitchen and it was really cosy and comfortable.

Second visit, different studio but still very good quality and comfort for the price in central Wakefield

The studio was very clean, separate bedroom which was very comfortable Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare a meal, located in the centre of Wakefield with plenty of restaurants and bars close by Found parking close by Good communication from staff Will return

Shower was incredibly boiling hot so couldn’t be used. I was unable to make it colder at all. I found the check in code system ok but arriving in the dark, even at 6pm on my own as a woman didn’t feel very safe. A lot of enclosed spaces and being on the 4th floor, I had to spend time in the stairwell. I wouldn’t stay here again as a lone woman. The room was nice and clean and spacious. Just a very odd vibe. I would have been reassured by cct surveillance. 8 mins walks to station. A taxi company very close by.

Good location, but not easy to access property

Perfectly adequate for a 2 night stay .. a dish cloth may have been a welcome addition

First time I’ve stayed in a studio and loved it. Nice to spread out a hit. Comfy bed, clean kitchen, nice TV.
