スタッフの対応が良かった

何もかもが、私にとっては充分です。アメニティなどがなくて当然。自分スタイルで逗留できました。場所もとても便利です。スタッフさんも親切で対応も気持ちよかったです。

　好立地で地下鉄２駅とバスの選択肢があり移動に困りません。大英博物館も近く、ナショナルギャラリーも歩いて行けます。 　施設スタッフが皆さんとても親身な方々で、ちょっとしたことにも笑顔で対応してくださり感謝しかないです。 朝食はイングリッシュ／コンチネンタルの選択肢があり、時間制で予約が必要になるので希望は早めにレセプションで伝える事をお勧めします。オーダーしてからの用意で暖かいサーブが嬉しいです。フルーツ・ヨーグルト・飲み物も自由にいただけて助かりました。 ロンドン大学エリア且つガワー街に面しているので夜間でも車の往来や喧噪があります。それも含めてのロンドン滞在を楽しめます。中庭もかわいらしく、ホッとできる空間です。 次に機会があれば是非また利用させていただきたいです。ロンドン別宅、という気分になれます。

リフトがない事は予約の説明にもあるので全然平気。同じく平気な人にはめちゃくちゃおすすめです。 近くにUClがあり、学生さんの寮？があるので静かで治安がいい。 すぐ側には大英博物館があり、少し歩けばユーストンやキングスクロス駅もあるので、ここを拠点に郊外にも出やすい。 部屋は可愛くて、庭もあるので疲れた時にはゆっくりできる。浴槽はないけどシャワーの水圧もまあまああるし、温度調節も問題なし。 朝食もイングリッシュブレックファーストが無料で付いてくる。外食は凄く高く、同じのを外で食べると2000円は超える事もあると考えるとお財布にかなり優しいし、味も美味しくて大満足。ヨーグルトとフルーツも付いてて、不足しがちなビタミンもとれます。 そしてフロントの方たちがとても親切です。 笑顔で接してくれ、私が英語が話せなくて翻訳アプリを通じてのお手間を取らせたのに、笑顔が曇る事なく、通じた時にはパーフェクトと言ってくれたりめちゃくちゃフレンドリーで親切でした。 ドライヤーはフロントにお願いすると貸して貰えました。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりもしてもらえます。 リフト無し、浴槽無しでも問題なく、安く泊まりたいけどドミトリーはちょっと…という方にはこちらがお勧めです。 私もまた泊まりたいです。 素敵な滞在をありがとうございました。

少し狭い部屋だったが、スタッフのご対応が最高です。また立地は最高であちこち行きやすくて、またお世話になりたいです

Excellent budget hotel with courteous staff and everything needed for a business trip.

The room was advertised as a double room and indeed there was a double bed in it. The issue was that the double was a small double and pushed up against the window wall so access from both sides was impossible. The room as clean, the bathroom more than adequate and the staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and always present.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Very clean, friendly staff especially Erica & Sander. They looked after us from the first conversation on the phone till checking in & out. Erica is amazing. She helped to keep our luggage safe after checking out, until we were ready to pick them later to the train station, saving us the hazzle of carrying our boxes back & forth. The bed is comfortable, varieties of breakfast to choose from & the bathroom is very clean and the price is very affordable. We will use it again. Thanks to The Markers Hotel. You're all amazing 👏 ❤️

The staff was very good and friendly. The breakfast included a hot English breakfast, pastries and fruit salad. The room was similar size to other single rooms I stayed in London. (The only thing I will change - but this maybe only my room as I haven't seen the other rooms - is to find a way to have a proper desk for someone who wants to work on their computer or write something). I will definitely consider staying there again!

The heat in the room did not work, plus there was no hair drier in the room. The room was much smaller than expected based on the website pictures. Bathroom did not have an electrical outlet. Breakfast and staff were very good. The location of the hotel is good, several tube lines within easy walking distance.

Rummet helt ok. Trevlig personal. Läget bra. Enda minuset var sängarna, typiska engelska på billigare hotell.

Convenient location for travel into the centre of London. Bus and tube nearby. Also for then travelling on to Stansted.

The room we had overlooked the rear garden which was nice. It had air conditioning but the heating was slow to turn on. The room was spacious but the shower quite small. The English breakfast was very satisfying. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

No llegamos el día que reservamos por problemas en el aeropuerto y la reservación pagada y sin derecho a cancelar, el hotel ya había decidido dársela a otro a huésped y costó que nos solucionaran.

The best reason to stay in The Marker is its location near the center of Soho and Covent garden. It's an old house, the bed was rather small for two, the house allows to hear the neighbors from above and next door. There was a strong smell of cleaning chemicals, when we arrived, and all in all there is not enough fresh air in the house and rooms. More periods with open doors or open windows especially in the breakfast room would help. The personell and service are very friendly and helpful, the food for breakfast was nice and the offers were flexible to our wishes. We spent 6 lovely days in London and were glad to reach all the places to be in short walks or by public transport. Thank you !
