Worst service ive ever experienced. Members of my party got called liars by staff and the decor was like going back to the 70s. The double beds aint double beds

Very dated. Cracks in walls. Shower tray overflows because of blocked plug hole. Staff were not very welcoming. Came back after 11pm and had to wait 25minutes for night porter to let me in and this seemed like a chore for him! Book somewhere else.

The room was very cramped (probably a single room being used as a twin). Carpet was stained, 'mucky bits' on corner of shower cubicle where water has clearly leaked for a long time. The room (as is much of the hotel) is old and tired. Mattresses were cleary very old, very soft and should have been changed a long time ago. We learned from a member of staff that the hotel is due for refurbishment. Our room shuld never have been let out to guests in its current condition. As the hotel is mainly Coach parties it may be that those guest rooms are kept in better condition. THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

The Sandringham is an old school hotel in many ways. I've stayed here twice and it's certainly quirky. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are antiquated but have a certain charm. The amenities in the room are a bit lacking (only two small bars of soap, no shampoo, body wash, etc.) Incredibly central to most of what you'd do in Weston and very convenient.

Had a great time. Hotel was on the front next to the pier. Friendly staff. Easy to check in. Nice bar in site and entertainment on most nights.

Stayed for just 1 night but a beautiful hotel only downside was the room the pictures made the room look alot bigger and the walls and bathroom werent very clean but other than that a great stay

Lovely hotel

Booked a Family Room but was given a double and told that my three year old child shouldn't really be allowed to stay- despite me booking for 2 adults and 1 child. Horrible check in staff. Disgusting hotel. Uncomfortable bed and worn out/chipped furniture. Mould.

Good standard hotel. Room clean and beds comfortable. Didn’t try food. Friendly staff. Great location. Felt very happy staying here with kids.

Easy access from train. Hotel Desperately Desperately needs updating, showers need to also updating

Terrible room. Refusing a refund as it is ‘non refundable’. Mattress was broken, walls were cracked and marked. Bad smell. Chased the hotel for days and they couldn’t care less.

Entertainment was very good hotel was nice and room comfortable needed more space in the Entertainment room lift is old fashioned needs sorting food was nice

Room basic and clean, bed rather hard and uncomfortable. Window opens onto a rather shabby back of the property with noisy ventilators at the back. I wouldn’t stay there again.

We thought it was a fairly small room and was very basic and in need of an update. The room was stuffy (and we couldn’t open the window - because of the alarm) so had to borrow a fan from reception. On moving the bedside cabinet to put fan on, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned properly for a fair while. The bed was clean - but the mattress was not very good quality and uncomfortable. We also would have expected there to be a fridge in the room. All in all, for the price we paid - we were not really impressed.

Excellent staff in faded surroundings, with good meals mainly and free motorbike noise at bed time , especially on Thursday.
