Room clean and location perfect. Not an easy entrance for other than backpacks.

Great stay. Superb value. Very basic but was really quiet and convenient for walks from the door and the town centre. Breakfast and the bar was really good too Parking not really a problem - just a 5 minute walk from YHA One thing negative was a couple on top floor smoking dope - place stunk.on saturday night

Basic room but we had a balcony overlooking the river. We had a private room with our own bathroom. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Can't beat the location for the price.

Clean , quiet and convenient

Keswick is such a great town and so well located for hiking and playing in the Lakes. The YHA was lovely and so centrally located on the river by the park. Very well equipped with a great cafe too. My only complaint is that the bedroom doors shut noisily which means you wake with the early risers. All else was perfect

Friendly welcoming staff, pleasant en-suite room with balcony overlooking the river. Meals were very good too. Great location and free parking advice was provided. Would recommend and stay again.

For a busy hostel, the kitchen needs upgrades. It is a far cray from other howtels we stayed at in Scotland, especially.

Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. Staff were very welcoming.Room was fine just a little warm so just left the widow open a little. Toilets & showers were clean. Kitchen was great. Breakfast was okay wouldve been better if the bacon / hash browns were warmer. Good for a hungry person as they give you more if you ask. Had very noisy neighbours but thats not the staffs fault just very thoughtless people that obviously thought they had the whole building to themselves.

Staff were nice, bike locking out back albeit a bit busy, devent price and have a bar/cafe on site. Great value for money!

Best place to stay for a quick Keswick break. Staff great and beer lovely!

Stayed before, brilliant staff and location. I'd have given it five stars overall if the matress had been nicer (like a gym mat) and the cheap metal bed creaked badly.

I liked the warm welcome with tea/coffee available. Excellent breakfasts!
