I bought hotel.com gift card, but Shrad Riverside did not accept. Unfortunately Shrad charged my credit card which I don't really agree.

Just a 2 night stay. Small room with a small bath room. Plenty drawers and hangers enough plug sockets but no usb outlets. Breakfast is ok no more. Restaurant food is very very good and not silly prices. Overall we loved our stay small room but short of nothing with good but small shower. We will stay again but the restaurant is worth a visit

Property construction is not suitable for modern hotel. Also in shaky condition.. Management and staff try and are helpful but a lot of little things could be improved

A gorgeous hotel! Staff very welcoming and helpful lovely meal in the restaurant! Good parking facilities and very clean! Lovely view of the river from our room.

Overpriced and run down room.

Business stay for 1 night. Evening meal was great as was the huge breakfast. Unfortunately the wifi was extremely poor, which for a business trip is not good, room was not very clean and only handwash in the bathroom

Fantastic place to stay, great breakfast. My only issue was that the bed in room 19 is very hard. Room spotless and everything else about the stay 1st class.

one night business trip. Bed extremely uncomfortable and have shared this with hotel. Was very expensive for a one night stay at this hotel but have been told that i booked for 2 people instead of one which made the cost higher

The location was incredible and I'd like to return when not away with work. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was also well prepared and tasty.

Lovely hotel with excellent food at dinner and breakfast. Could explain things better at check in eg breakfast times

The staff were very nice and helpful. Room and bathroom could do with a redecoration as it was quite run down. Lovely breakfast but I think the cost of the room was a little pricey for what it was.

Used the hotel to stay for a wedding at River Barn. Could not fault the service and staff, all friendly and helpful.

Room was far to warm, hot in vathroom far to hot and small loose tap on cold water and difficult to turn on/off Matress dipped in midfle making bed uncomfortable

Parking wasnt great my car was marked other than that lovely location and hotel.

It’s a VERY basic hotel. Lower any expectations.

Had booked two nights. Room was ordinary with a view to the carpark and a partial view to the river,m. The bed was quite uncomfortable - fairly narrow and hard. After the first night we did have someone in the room - apparently to clean it… but the trash bag was left on the bed, the towels had not been replaced, and the desk has not been cleaned. So not sure what they did (apart from moving the trash bag from the bin to the bed). The breakfast was ok. Cereals, juice, etc. and a choice between pancakes, an English breakfast or a vegetarian breakfast. Location was nice - next to the tidal river and close to where we needed to be.

The hotel is in an amazing position, which is quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and helpful in fact couldn’t do enough for us, because of this we didn’t want to spoil the trip by saying the room which was sold as a deluxe double really wasn’t. Very basic actually. The view was of the car park with a view if you hung you head out of the window. It was in need of an update in most areas, cleaning was present daily towels changed, the confetti in the room was disappointing as we weren’t members of a wedding party- Having said this we still had a relaxing stay at the hotel with a big salute to all the amazing staff we encountered.

A nice riverside location. Small but clean room with a nice view of the river. While at dinner ordered the hamburger WITH NO ONIONS and the chicken burger. After ordering was told they didn't have that specific chicken burger but they could do something else. Fine. The chicken burger came ZERO seasoning or flavor, besides the overwhelming fish flavor from the fish batter. And the hamburger came, literally onions throughout the entire meat. Not super impressed with how that was handled.

Weather was not to kind to us but this hotel and the staff gave everything so we could enjoy our break away. Evening meal was lovely along with the breakfast which was amazing. We only had a double bed which although comfy didn’t give us much room not sure now if we could’ve got a king size but would deffo book one next time if we return
