Clean room, excellent breakfast, pleasant bar.

really helpful staff. offered recommendations for evening meal. room very spacious and spotless. beds very comfortable and lovely linen. tea coffee and little treats. very quiet at night. breakfast amazing. have to say best breakfast i have had in a very long time. would highly recommend and wiuld love to come back to this beautiful area

The major issue is with the bathroom. Whilst it was vey modern, for people who have mobility issues the sides of the tub wss too high and we scared of slipping and falling exiting and entering the tub. since this hotel has small there didn’t seem like any option to have a walk in shower. Not uncommon in the UK.

Very agreeable, traditional hotel in just about the most quintessentially English town you can get. In the town centre and in the right direction if you're coming by train. Will happily return.

Clean Room and a excellent breakfast for a days walking

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, parking was easy and convenient. My only disappointment was I got the wrong room when I paid for an upgrade to have a bath rather than a shower. By the time I noticed, all the rooms were full. It's not my job to check I was given the right room and surely should have had a discount given the cost of the room.

Lovely stay close to the theatre, great breakfast

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Food was very good, the room was clean and comfortable. The location is really good in Great Malvern town centre, and being very close to the Theatre, The Priory and park.

Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Manager (Jeremy) gave some recommendations of things to do in the local area during our stay. Breakfasts at the hotel were excellent. Hotel in a good location.

We were upgraded to the an apartment which was incredible. We had a lot of space. The rooms were lovely. Kitchen had coffee, tea, chocolate and biscuits. The staff during breakfast were very attentive and made sure we enjoyed our breakfast. Would certainly recommend and we will be back.

Fantastic stay

When you read the reviews, you see the breakfast is rated really highly. Having had breakfast this morning and experiencing the lovely bloke working the breakfast, we couldn’t rate it higher. The food itself too was lovely but the bloke was so friendly, funny and just brilliant. It’s not that we wouldn’t have gone back before, but we did specifically say we’d love to come back to experience his humour again. Really nice stay. Warm and cosy.
