非常に暑い時期にエアコンの無い部屋は大変でした。おまけに１階がバーでほぼ毎夜客たちが大騒ぎ。結果として、暑さに負けて窓を開け騒々しさを取るか、暑さを我慢するかの二者択一という事になります。 受け付けの方は親切でしたし、受け付けがいない時はバーのカウンター方がすぐ取り次いだりしてくれ、働いている方については好印象でした。

We like to stay in properties that reflect the ambience of the country we are in. This hotel was once a home in this neighborhood close to the center of town. Our room was ready for us and clean. The friendly staff was helpful and answered our questions patiently. They also helped us with our luggage. The bar which I’d call a pub served all meals. We had no complaints.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was big, the bed was so comfortable. 1 minute from Kew Gardens tube, fabulous location. I would stay here again definitely. The bathroom was great( if your a larger person, the bathroom might be a bit of a struggle) There is a coffee machine, but coffee sachets in the room would be appreciated. In summary great hotel, comfy bed, great location, quiet and friendly staff. Just stairs up to room ( so if you have trouble walking up stairs, maybe not for you) The room has a bit of wear and tear but on the whole , great value for money 😀

Stayed for the England game me and my grandson. Staff were very helpful went over and above to help us. Well recommended

큐가든 근처 호텔이라 오래된 느낌이지만 주변이 매우 조용하고 예쁜 이웃집들 그리고 공기가 좋았습니다. 지하철역과도 가깝고 음식점도 많아 좋았습니다. 욕조가 있는 욕실이 좋았는데 방 중간에 계단이 있는 것은 불편했습니다.

Great breakfast

Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom could do with a little tlc and water temperature in shower wasn’t great. Breakfast and service was excellent and overall feel is welcoming.

Pull out bed wasn’t made up, instructions given as to how to do it - disappointing. Towel rail in bathroom boiling hot and very noisy. One tea bag in room booked for 3. Good value, great location but finishing touches could be improved.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was a little outdated. Carpet was old and so were the curtains. Bathroom had mold stains on the ceiling and tiles and sink were stained. Could do with an upgrade.

Very friendly staff, lovely pub with games to play !!

The room was clean. Spacious enough, Nice amenities. Decent restaurant downstairs. If you order fried eggs for breakfast, ask the waiter to tell the chef to use real butter to fry the eggs.

Charming hotel with great staff and a brilliant breakfast.

Das Hotel ist ein süsses altes Haus, schöne Zimmer mit hohen Decken, ein gemütlicher Stadtteil von London, ganz nahe an der Tube Station. Durch das Alter gibt es auch negatives; Zb. knarrt der Holzboden, wenn also jemand zb. in der Nacht auf die Toilette geht ist man wach. Gibt aber sicher Leute die das nicht stört und durch schlafen.

Great location and service was excellent.

The room is very tired and the noise of the ventilation is constant and noticeable. I think it's unfair to advertise this as a hotel as, it's just basic accommodation above a pub. Staff were fine, but nothing outstanding.

People super friendly

Great location for the rugby. Rooms were clean, tidy, and warm and bathrooms had decent showers and hot water. The bar and restaurant are great and very reasonable priced. Will be using again Thanks
