非常に暑い時期にエアコンの無い部屋は大変でした。おまけに１階がバーでほぼ毎夜客たちが大騒ぎ。結果として、暑さに負けて窓を開け騒々しさを取るか、暑さを我慢するかの二者択一という事になります。 受け付けの方は親切でしたし、受け付けがいない時はバーのカウンター方がすぐ取り次いだりしてくれ、働いている方については好印象でした。

Our group of 3 adults stayed in the family room and was happy with the hotel. The room and bathroom had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but for one night it was fine. The location of this hotel is great access for Kew gardens and Richmond area with such a nice area to walk around. The pub downstairs was lovely with great staff and delicious food. The street noise at night was a little loud on the first floor facing the street but didn’t bother us. Overall would recommend this hotel!

I know check in wasn’t until 2pm but it said reception was open from 10am. We arrived at 11am wanting to drop our cases off but no one was there. We went away for an hour and had a coffee and tried ringing the hotel but no one answered. We returned at 12.00 when the pub opened This time we were met with someone and left our luggage. We came back about 5pm and checked in. Our room was on the top floor(4 flights) and I had to carry 2 heavy suitcases up 4 flights of narrow stairs as there was no lift. This was not mentioned in the hotel description. First impressions were not good. The room was dated and run down. We just dropped our bags in the room and went for something to eat before returning later that evening. Then we saw the full extent of the room. The pictures on your site showed a nice bed with headboard and curtains at the window. We had no head board, the were dirty greasy marks in the wall above the pillows. The was a portable air conditioning unit at he bottom of the bed restricting access with ducting going out the window. One side of the bed didn’t have a bedside light. The bedside light the other side didn’t work. In the shower room The toilet roll holder was coming off the wall. The light above the mirror was hanging by a wire and in a shower room was dangerous. Where I think it was suppose to be secured to the mirror shards of glass had come away and were shards in the basin. The shower head was loose and the shower looked like it needed a good clean.

Rooms were small, but adequate. Both sets of parents stopped in these rooms as they were there for our wedding. They found the rooms to be quite warm and my parents struggled to open the patio doors as the latch at the top was quite high up. The rest was ok.

It's an older hotel, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and the room was a good size. Location is brilliant for arriving by Tube and for visiting Kew Gardens. Dinner was also very tasty and good value.

Slightly convenient location but rooms are definitely portrayed very different in the photos than reality. No good air flow, old fans provided that barely put out a puff of air, bathroom was musty and everything seemed worn down. The best was hard as a rock. Plenty of other nearby choices for stays that are actually cheaper/just as convenient.

Staff were lovely and couldn’t do more to help. Food and pub downstairs fantastic. Delicious meal and fab breakfast in the morning. Was quite disappointed in the quality of the room. Paint and wallpaper peeling from the ceiling. Tv only had basic channels. The bathroom had a lot of black mould in the bath which for a 4 star hotel I was very disappointed in.

Where to start, it was like an episode of Fawlty Towers… Concrete pillows, no hotel staff to talk to, no air con or suitable fans for the room, no cold water apart from out of the bathroom sink, no working tv, plugs on the opposite side of the room so you had to plug your phone in by the door, mouldy and dated bathroom, dated decor throughout. This hotel only had location on its side but this did not make up for the shocking experience. I would never come back nor would I recommend to anyone!!!

Great hotel, wonderful pub with fantastic food both at dinner time and breakfast. Really good location, spacious family room. Highly recommend.

We stayed at several hotels in England and this was one of our favorites. It didn’t have an elevator but the young man (I wish I knew his name) was SO helpful, carrying our bags upstairs for us, answering questions. We were able to keep our luggage there the day we checked out while we went downtown (and the young man carried them up to and from the third floor for us!). The food at the restaurant was good and the staff very friendly. It was close to the train station which was convenient.

Clean modern room. Very comfy bed and pillows. A lovely stay.

Great location, helpful staff. However when we arrived it was closed for a private function (wedding that evening) and we couldn’t find anyone to let us in. Solved in the end of course. A bit surprised by how many steps we had to climb to get to our room.

The hotel was in a great area. I probably wouldn’t do the breakfast there again though

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very nice- particularly breakfast which was freshly cooked. The room was a bit tired but clean and the shower was very nice. It was quiet and in a really good location to visit Kew Gardens which were an easy 10 minute walk away. I felt the stay was very good value for money.

We like to stay in properties that reflect the ambience of the country we are in. This hotel was once a home in this neighborhood close to the center of town. Our room was ready for us and clean. The friendly staff was helpful and answered our questions patiently. They also helped us with our luggage. The bar which I’d call a pub served all meals. We had no complaints.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room was big, the bed was so comfortable. 1 minute from Kew Gardens tube, fabulous location. I would stay here again definitely. The bathroom was great( if your a larger person, the bathroom might be a bit of a struggle) There is a coffee machine, but coffee sachets in the room would be appreciated. In summary great hotel, comfy bed, great location, quiet and friendly staff. Just stairs up to room ( so if you have trouble walking up stairs, maybe not for you) The room has a bit of wear and tear but on the whole , great value for money 😀

Stayed for the England game me and my grandson. Staff were very helpful went over and above to help us. Well recommended

큐가든 근처 호텔이라 오래된 느낌이지만 주변이 매우 조용하고 예쁜 이웃집들 그리고 공기가 좋았습니다. 지하철역과도 가깝고 음식점도 많아 좋았습니다. 욕조가 있는 욕실이 좋았는데 방 중간에 계단이 있는 것은 불편했습니다.
