オーナーの出す朝ごはんは本当に美味しかった！

夜中に火災警報器が鳴り出して止まらなかった。結局、警報機を止めるために電源を落としたため、その後は停電状態だった。 安全性に関わる不備と、基本的な設備が機能しないということで大問題。 その前の時点では、冬の宿泊なのに暖房が効かず、ホテルに言っても直せず、毛布を追加されたのみ。 最低レベルに達していない

とにかく笑ってしまうくらい最悪のホテルでした。下がパブになっていて、生楽器の演奏が１９時くらいから始まり２３時か２４時くらいまで、ずっと演奏しっぱなし。まーうるさくてたまりませんでした。疲れてたのにおかげで全然休まらず、音響対策は全く対策していなく、グラスの水が音で揺れるほど、とにかくうるさい、信じられませんでした。 あまりにうるさいので、仕方なくクレームを言いにいくと「仕方ないでしょ、パブなんだから」と全く悪びれる様子なし。じゃあホテルとして経営するなよ！！！事前の予告なども全くなく、ホテルを予約する際に分かるようにせめて書いておくべきだと思います。

よくあるイギリスのINNなのですが、部屋全体が傾いていてベットも傾き、、、　寒かったです。 下がパブなので車で行くと　飲みに出かけられないので　1階でビールを飲むには便利かもしれません。

Very good value all round.

Good value rooms with 2-3 real ale choices and a meal of the day with a pint offer that is excellent value for money. Breakfast freshly cooked to order. Restricted parking on main road outside but unrestricted parking on side street if you can find a space. Very friendly staff. Ideal for contractors or tourists.

Good location for the purpose of my visit to Cheltenham. Clean room, Excellent breakfast. Staff friendly. Didn't use the bar so can't comment. Would have liked ensuite shower/bathroom

Dirty room above the bar of the pub that smelled of sewage when you ran the tap. Horrible place - do not stay here.

This hotel represents value for money and the quality of the food was very good. They have daily food offers buy one get one free or pie and a pint at a special price. Breakfast wad superb and very satisfying. Would go again next time we need to be in the south-west.

Really impressed, especially for the price! Despite being above a pub, which I think had live music on the night I stayed, the room was one of the quietest I've stayed in. Had a great comfortable night's sleep. The cooked to order breakfast was very good as well. Very happy, will definitely stay here again.

They should tell people when they book if they can’t supply an evening meal, that’s at least 2 months now. Otherwise my stay was fine. Nice breakfast.

Location is a bit different than I thought, it is far away from the centre. Parking on a side street always seems busy.

Nice property in great town. Room provided everything we needed and had a delicious breakfast.

No food available .. no Chef! but breakfast ready from 08-00 which is no good for the 'on the move' people. Restaurants 300m in either direction. Bedroom OK and comfortable but at the end of a labyrinth of corridors. just a one night stay

The room was fine. A shame the toilet seat was obviously loose and wouldn’t stay up. Also told on arrival that evening food wasn’t available, which wasn’t really a problem with an Indian restaurant just up the road but it isn’t what I would have chosen to eat. Having food available on site is the main reason I book here. I have stayed many times and hope to stay again soon.
