駅から歩ける範囲で、シェークスピアの生家にも近く、観光に便利で良かった。 ７時からの朝食で、少し早めに行ったのにも関わらず、気持ちよく対応してくれた。 部屋も清潔で気持ちよく、設備も良かった。紅茶もいろいろな種類が置かれていた。

Fantastic location , very helpful staff, One of the best breakfast choices I have ever had in an Hotel. This is my 3 rd time staying here and will definitely be booking again. Can highly recommend room 201 for space , comfy beds, roll top bath , separate shower. With outdoor temperatures of 36 the room air conditioning was struggling, but two tower fans were very welcome

The staff were all brilliant especially the reception staff. The room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The welcome at Reception was great, even though I didnt arrive til after 8:30pm. The Instruction manual in the room covered everything I needed to know. The reception staff brought different coffee pods very promptly when asked. Very comfy bed. Great shower and en-suite. One issue: there should be a warning notice that the bath is as slippery as ice, and the rubber mat needs to be closer to the bathtub. Lovely variety of foods on offer for breakfast. 11am is a very good booking-out time. Thank you for looking after my bag while I played tourist and met my friends for lunch. A good 8minute walk from the station, but achievable. Thank you to all at the White Swan

I was having a difficult day when I arrived but then I was greeted so warmly by Darcy and Gemma, they made me feel so welcome that my day turned around instantly! My room was charming and cozy, comfy bed, nice furnishings and a fantastic large old claw foot bath tub. It felt cozy and luxurious at the same time. The location was excellent for walking, restaurants and access to the train station. The breakfast was also great, with plenty to choose from and table service instead of just buffet as in most hotels. Be aware that it is an old building so you do hear noise from other guests coming and going. Nothing worth complaining about. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

Every single thing about this hotel from start to finish was perfect. The staff members at the front desk and restaurant were so warm and helpful, the entire hotel feels like you’re stepping back in time in all the best ways, and the room was INCREDIBLE. Both the breakfast and the dinner there were delicious. We stayed in a Superior Deluxe room that was so cozy and full of character I wished we had booked more than one night there. Very easy access to the entire town from here and everything is walkable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this town.

This is a well located hotel close to shops and eateries and the theatre is walkable. The staff were friendly and the room was clean with good amenities. The bar has a good selection of drinks and spirits and has a nice atmosphere with wooden beams and panelling. Well worth a visit.

An excellent and most enjoyable stay. The hotel is run to a high standard and we were very comfortable. Our room was a 'cosy double' but is well designed and set up so as not to feel cramped. Breakfast offered a good selection, though the coffee could be improved.
