Hosts were very welcoming and nothing was too much for them. Clean and homely. Parking great, enjoyed the garden and breakfast was first class.

Kaunis B&B vanhassa talossa. Kaipaa kunnostusta, mutta puolisen vuotta sitten aloittanut innokas nuori pari kertoi remontoineensa jo muutaman huoneen, ja lisää kunnostusta on tulossa. Sijainti oli aivan maantien vieressä, joten korvatulpat ovat tarpeen (niitä oli myös tarjolla huoneessa, samoin kuin vesipulloja). Itse nukuin kuin tukki, ehkä parhaiten koko roadtripin aikana, koska sänky oli hyvä. Aamiainen oli myös hyvä ja runsas ja se tarjoiltiin kauniissa lasihuoneessa. Arvostimme myös ilmaista pysäköintiä talon takana.

We were welcomed warmly into The Beaumont by Dominic and Gabriella. Friendly, chatty hosts who told us they were new owners and had been there 6 months and in the process of some refurbishing but keeping with the features of the hotel. Looking great! They showed us around the breakfast lounge and conservatory, the lounge, entrance door and how to get in/out and then on up to our room. Had all the amenities we needed. The Yorkshire tea was definitley a plus being from Yorkshire and very proud of our tea! We preordered our breakfast (which was included in our stay) and the time we would like to have it. Couldn't of been more helpful! My partner and I both commented how well we slept, even though ear plugs were people idea being roadside, we didnt need these as wasn't much noise at all! Breakfast was freshly cooked to order, and free tea/coffee and continental breakfast to help ourselves to! Absolutley delicious. Checked out for 10am - little chat with Dominic and Gabriella as we left. Absolute bargain of a stay. The hosts also made it for us too. We will return as we do also have family in the local area. Had a lovely experience at the Beaumont, cozy rooms and good amenities with a great breakfast selection. Super friendly hosts who went above and beyond to make our Valentine's day stay extra special. Definitely recommend!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, viele Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer, u. a. Ohrstöpsel für geräuschempfindliche Gäste. Exzellentes Frühstück nach Wahl, von den Gastgebern serviert, die dabei noch Zeit für eine kleine Plauderei haben.

Great B&B run by a lovely couple, perfect for an overnight stay. Delicious, generous breakfast. We did experience a little noise from the road, but ear plugs were provided & it didn't impact on our stay. Would definitely recommend and return if we were in the area.

My room was at the front, so there was traffic noise up until 11pm ish and then it started again at 5am ISH.

Such a lovely property. True old fashioned service with a smile. Steve and Barbara were so accommodating. Room clean and had everything we needed. Suggestion for dinner at the local pub was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Just what we were looking for before heading into London.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Our hosts were friendly, helpful and informative. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice. Our room was cosy, comfy, with good en-suite facilities and luxury toiletries. We had tea/coffee making area, water and biscuits. This place is an absolute must.
