Very nice hotel, with a green feel to it. The room smelt fresh upon arrival and we even got a little complimentary welcome cookie. Good service and a very nice roof top view.

A beautiful location and room (with a reading nook!) - with friendly and helpful staff, and a good spread provided for breakfast.

Very convenient for the Turner, the beach and the old town. Parking by the Turner. Excellent staff.

I have to wanted to stay at this hotel for a while and visiting friends this weekend was the perfect opportunity. It did not disappoint; beautifully designed, warm welcoming service and excellent coffee!

Really nice place with excellent staff who really make you feel welcome. The food in the restaurant was first class and, although very busy, the staff worked wonders to get everyone seated and served promptly.

Lovely staff and a fantastic location – beautiful rooms at a very fair price. Went above and beyond during our stay to handle bags, flexible check-in and a minimum of fussy paperwork all handled digitally in advance. We'll be back!

The room, general amenities of the hotel were really nice (the main road is a bit busy) and it is in a good location.

A warm welcome and very helpful staff. I especially enjoyed the small bottle of real milk for my tea and the home cooked cookies. The small booklet was a delight listing the sources for the products in the room even down to the linens. A very pleasant experience.

Lovely stay in Margate! Nice and tranquil even though just a short walk from the busy beach. Definitely would stay again!

The property is fairly new and the rooms are basic and in a good shape. The rooms we were in did not have AC nor TV. Only front facing and top floor rooms have AC not sure about the TV. It was hot and if you leave windows open, you get the car noise early AM followed by the construction noise next door. We asked for rooms with AC but they did not have any. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful. We had to leave a night early due to the heat and noise. They were not willing to refund us for the last night. Restaurant food is fairly good.

Hotel is beautiful, staff amazing. Only negative is room is very light facing sea which has meant we've been up since 5 am

Really lovely stay at this boutique hotel,some lovely touches such as artwork, bedside books and the bed was so comfortable!

The room and hotel were decorated beautifully and staff were friendly. Staff also stored our bags before check in and after check out so we explore. However, the room was extremely hot, in fact hotter than outside on 2 very sunny days. When we arrived in our room, the window was shut and the air con was not on. I was surprised about this considering how incredibly warm it was that day. We attempted to put on the air con however it did nothing - it was not powerful or cold. Thankfully there was a fan but again this did very little. My husband asked 2 staff if they could come up to the room to check the air con and was told it was definitely working as it was only recently serviced but they would come up and check. We waited for half an hour however no one came to check and we had a dinner reservation elsewhere so had to leave. On our return we asked again and again no one came. We managed to prop the window open and use the fan but all in all both slept terribly due to the heat. It was a real disappointment in what was otherwise a lovely room and location.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, nice place and area the hotel is nice ,lots of restaurant and cafe are around.
