I used this apartment to attend a conference at the convention center. t was only 600m from the convention center, CVS was nearby, the price was reasonable, and there were no particular points of dissatisfaction.

The Loft was really comfortable, spacious & service was great.

Quiet building, easy access to the shopping areas of magazine st. and walkable to good restaurants. Spacious loft apartment was super clean. Responsive Managment; had a broken coffee pot that was replaced same day. 10/10

The space is beautiful and spacious. We stayed here for Jazz Fest. It was a bit out of the way, but worked. My main issue is that it's an apartment building/condo and lacks some of the conveniences of a hotel. There is no front desk. If you arrive early, you can't check your bags and come back to check in. You can't have packages shipped to you that go to a front desk. The online communication was good, but doesn't overcome the missing pieces mentioned above.

Spacious loft with function air conditioning, heat, sunlight and water temperature with essential appliances including washer & dryer in unit.

Absolutely a great stay! I booked this for my husband and daughter for volleyball tournament and it was so convenient for them and very nice and comfortable. 100% better than staying at a hotel- felt very safe .

Very nice place to stay at. Very clean. You have the necessary to make your stay memorable. It would’ve been better if you had TV’s in the bedrooms that would have made it easier than having to go downstairs to unwind from the long day/nights. There’s a Pizza place around the corner which made it very convenience.

Quick work trip to NO. Close to the WW2 museum, the 10 min walk to Convention Center. There are several great locally owned restaurants.

You do have to follow the directions to enter with the building entrance code, and your room code. After hours, the person on the phone is helpful. There is no check in per say, but the loft had all amenities, and I will refer my friends and family.

Excellent property. Management very responsive. Area was safe and walkable to all the fun parts of New Orleans.
