It was convenient that it was close to Turf Moor.

Close to the town centre and Turf moor, the football stadium of Burnley FC. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy too! Will stay here again if I come to Burnley.

The room was lovely and clean and comfortable, we arrived and got a parking spot next to the hotel. Communication is excellent. Lighting on arrival so we could put the code into the building was fantastic. We were in the first room. It was modern with a lovely big bed, with a walk-in shower which is ideal for me as I struggle with mobility. It was a tiny step into the shower, about 2 centimetres high, which didn’t cause me any issues. The room had a big TV and settee, table, small wardrobe. We were very happy with our room. It was also only 10 minutes by taxi from the venue where we invited to a party the evening we were staying in Burnley, perfect place for us to stay.

Mostley fine, but the bathroom needs a shelf under the mirror, and a soap dispenser near the sink. As it is now one has to enter the shower to get soap ;-D Could also do with more light in the bathroom.

You are just renting a room. No frills. It is clean and tidy. The parking beside the house is limited but plenty of street parking is available. There are a few options for food, within a 5 minute walk. Or a kitchen if you would like to cook. With an Aldi within a 2minute walk. Ideal if you just need somewhere to eat and sleep as your working near by.

the area was quiet and felt fine. Unfortunately because of external issues we had to leave early but everything seemed absoluteyy finr. Good value for money

I didn’t research properly that there was no access to a kitchen.

Handy when all you want is clean secure and functional. Options to cook for yourself or some good takeaways near by. The rain fall showrr was lovely.

We didnt use the kitchen just kettle in bedroom I didnt use tea bags as they were not sealed and dumped in glass Bed was too soft and creaky mattress needs replacing there was a dip in it Property is tired and smelt awful of damp as we walked in. Wall above my window was damp and had holes in it in room 6 Bathroom floor connection between bedroom and bathroom was poorly done Throw on bed had what looked like blood stains and bed

Top floor, hot, no air con, no fan, there needs to be an exhaust fan to draw hot air out at a minimum. One small window to open for ventilation. Not sure sheet had been changed looking at the creases in it. Bin in kitchen full. No shampoo in room, just a half full handsoap at the sink. Room was a passable size with a good shower set up. Way too many emails from hotel provider along with confusing access code options listed. Just give me the info in one email please. Probably the worst room I’ve booked through hotels.com

Nice bright and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet position with easy parking.

If you don't mind the fact the place is not manned and doesn't have a reception then it's perfect. Comfy, clean, communication is just spot on with instructions even an idiot could follow. Well done!

Heating constantly on, even after turning off room remained beyond comfortable heat to relax in, window didn’t fully open even with a stopper on window it didn’t open nearly at all to let air in. Area of place is a little sketchy I can not lie and my partner rang the number provided to the property twice and the member of staff which were different each time were very blunt and rude, had a sense of attitude whilst speaking to us.

Sono stato da Innovation House per la prima volta nonostante sia la terza volta che mi reco a Burnley dall'Italia per vedere cari e vecchi amici. È stata una bella sorpresa :)

It was a good place and the room was great with a very good shower. I would recommend for the price.
