I can't necessarily give a review of the room because when I went to check in I was told they had no rooms and to reach out to Expedia. Expedia customer service attempted to call but no one responded.
After a 30 minute wait, Expedia was told by a different staff member that a room was available, but by that time we had moved on. I have not received a refund from the hotel for services they did not provide.
Not a great experience at 11PM at night after being on the road.
Would not recommend based on the terrible customer service.
