The lights ,TV are broken, smells so bad, we didn't stay in the condo, and to one assist you, terrible condo, not worth it.

The owner put us in a room where the power went out for multiple days. Refused to contact us to fix any issue or provide a refund. Absolute trash mentality by the owners and the hotel staff just shrug their shoulders.

Beware when booking with this host! The bidet in our room is broken and kept leaking when we open and use the toilet. I contacted the host, didn’t even bother fixing even with knowing our stay was 2 nights. The TV remote is broken meaning the TV is unusable. Adverised that there’s a pool but we needed to pay everytime we use. Needed to buy tickets beforehand and when we stayed, it was a holiday meaning there’s no management office to get pool tickets! Worst part, they asked for a room deposit, and NEVER gave back. Host just disappeared and chose not to reply at all. What a horrifying experience!

The worst experience I've ever had in a condotel. TV was broken, main liiving space light did not work, the light in the bathroom flickered on & off while taking a shower, and shower water heater stopped working after 2 minutes. Was told we need to pay 500 pesos more to transfer to a condo with a working shower water heater.

Overbooking is the main issue here, they accept walk ins so there’s a chance you will be move to a dirty room.
